During this video I was using a processor that didn’t do any smoked bacon so we use most of the bellies a sausage .thanks for watching our videos

What was the live weight?

Live weight would have been around 250 pounds. Hanging weight is generally 72% of live weight thank you for watching our videos

If a person wasn't wanting ribs from the rib meat what would be an alternative? Like could it be ground up or what other cut could be made from it? Sorry I'm new to this and haven't found a lot of resources that are straightforward in explaining.

If you don’t like ribs you could have the meat removed from them and have them ground into sausage of some kind or ground pork

What is the price on that 90 lbs. Of product ?

At this time I am Charging $5.19 a pound hanging weight and this includes the standard processing fees I do this because it is easy for customer to pay 1 person and I pick up the pork and deliver or meet the customers Also I feed non GMO feed
