Hi Langom team- quick question - It seems when it comes to organizing the sale (title analysis etc.) the foreign buyer has 2 options but is the third option I list below one you see buyers use as well ? 1. With an independent Colombian law firm that the buyer will introduce to the seller once he has began communicating with the seller 2. With a Colombian real estate agent that will assist with finding a property / seller pre any communication with a seller 3 with both a real estate agent and independent lawyer ( to act as a safety net against the real estate company ) - is this scenario common?
