Has I posted on one 9f your other videos I bought a new beautiful home in Bucaramanga Colombia, and the law in Colombia is any warranty or other contracts are VOIDED after you close on the house. I had an ok Attorney in Colombia but I love how open and detailed about your story and love how you get to the point. I have seen other videos from people that dont give many details.

Wow. When we talked to a real estate agent about the same property a couple years ago, we were provided with the same assurance that a concession was in place and he sent us paperwork showing what was still owed. We were lead to believe that just cutting a cheque for the balance owed would be good. Can't wait to see what the property looks like now!
Yeah.......we really got blindsided with the whole concession thing. The bill we were given (that the seller paid) was for owner's rights while the concession was being applied for. The concession was never approved. Gotta be careful- it's a jungle out here! :) Property tour is next week!

There is almost a half a million Americans who live in panama I have been told. It's important people have a translator if they don't understand Spanish. Have your paper work translated into your native language and read it carefully. Make sure the attorneys name is nowhere on your deed.
@@IGoPanama The lady attorney you talk about I know of. She is a crook. I have a huge story I'm taking to fox News so that will help people not get taken in panama. I have a house in Boquete.
@@riccidaoro8499 I don't think it's the same lady. My previous attorney wasn't a crook, just really slow to respond and not as thorough as I would have liked.
@@IGoPanama In David and Boquete they all know each other. They just approved an MLS listing in panama so you can pass that on. The realtors are crooked. Make sure they don't get anymore than 6%. My lawyer is in panama city and is the most incredible honest lawyer I have ever dealt with. Attorneys in David jumped on 5 pieces of property of my sister. Explain to your audience that if you leave a piece of property for a period time and leave it. People will move in or on it. ROP LAWS
The way you are talking.... seems you have a lot of stress... I believe panama is not a place for you. I am very confident that in a few months you will be back to L.A.
The situation I was recalling and discussing was extremely stressful. But it's over now. Your confidence in me going back to LA in a few months is completely erroneous. Sorry to disappoint the naysayer in you. :) My life is here now. We're on a 5-8 year plan and things are actually going extremely well (if you watched the 3 months in Panama video, you'd know that.).
