The Weapons Case in Tarkov is more than likely going to be the first "serious" case you purchase in the wipe. It's the first case that can hold all of your large guns, and help clean up your stash.
There are 4 different barter options available for purchasing a Weapons Case, with the first option unlocking at level 2 Mechanic. This is the most popular choice for most players, but also the most EXPENSIVE of all the options.
In this video, I go over WHY this barter is bad, why it is by far the most expensive choice for the weapons case, and the different barters you can use in place of the Mechanic 2 Barter.
Then I share values of the other options, and how that will ultimately affect the price in total, should you decide to upgrade in the future to a THICC Weapons Case.

As a standard version player, I just take all my gear out and use it until I have none left. Or I sell whatever I can't fit in the stash. The weapon rack in the hideout has been a really good help this wipe because it can be built pretty early on and level 1 has the same storage space as 2 weapon cases

There's a great barter for the pistol cases as well, you need 6 meds and 4 syringes, you can craft the meds or snipe them for 10k and same with the syringes, 10-15k when they are low. So around 100k up to 150k, 500k-750k for the 5 pistol cases. Then you can simply use emply fuel cans which is just opportunity cost. Does require patience though, since you need to wait for Therapist restock for the barter. You can also buy empty fuel cans for around 50k or less, you can also manage to snipe pistol cases of the flea for around the same range 100-150k if you keep an eye out.

Worth noting that you can do a barter for one pistol case per therapist reset for syringes and pile of meds, I think 4 and 6. If you can snag syringes for

The previous 2 times I’ve tried, syringes and meds have been high. It cost more than just buying the case from flea. But I did it like you said last wipe, because it was cheaper.

Pistol cases kinda multiple times daily drop down to 130 to 160kish. Thats 650k to 800k for 5. The blue fuel drops often down to 80 to 90k which makes them even cheaper than the 166k for the metal fuel to use for ur bitcoin farm. So u save money on fuel and get ur weapons case for way under 1 mil. In the time my 5 blue fuels get used i just look out to snipe some cheap pistol cases and that I once can get 4 ammo boxes on mechanic restock, so that i can easily get my next thicc case as soon as i got 2 weapon cases.

If you craft in the hideout (I have a BTC farm rolling constantly) you can use your empty fuel cans for the trade. You’re using the fuel anyways to craft BTC, then you can sell the BTC to therapist and use the roubles from that to buy the cases. The BTC you make will pay for the weapons case in a few days. I didn’t include that in the video though, because it cost significantly more to build a Bitcoin Farm than it does to buy the cases/fuel. So unless you already have one, it’s an expensive method.

Pull the magazine off, and the rear pistol grip off. It’ll make the guns 1/2 their stash size.

I used to do smart shit like this before. But now i cant be bothered, it's so infuriating getting the item already sold promt, and especially veryfying im human. Id rather do a couple extra loot runs to afford the extra millions.

I'm not sure! Right now they're holding steady around 4 mil. Either way, the barter will still hold significantly cheaper, and if they DO go up to 7-8mil you'll save even more rouble! lol
