Make your first priority on finding out what the local governments will allow you to do. Many of them restrict these types of homes.

Great video, I have two questions what’s a reasonable due diligence period for buying land in central Fl and what’s a reasonable amount of days to close.

Thanks for your question. 30 days for land is reasonable. Closing would depend on what type of financing, if any, and how much time the buyer needs once they've completed their due diligence.

Hi quick question about wet lend land. How can you find and purchase it? I'm a young cattle rancher. I'm not looking to develop but just to graze the land.

Check with a local Realtor® that is familiar with land sales to see what is available for purchase and provide guidance relative to your specific area. They may even have access to land that is not on the market. In what area are you looking?

Great video, does a land surveyor look for possible sink holes?I’m planning on buying here soon. Maybe a house or just a lot for now and build later. Ill be paying cash. I’m thinking northwest cape coral. I see lots of land for sale there. Thanks for your help.

Thanks! If a surveyor were to see a sinkhole I suspect they would note it. Surveyors spend much of their time marking a property’s boundaries. The best prevention against a sinkhole is to walk the property before purchasing and to have a feasibility study completed. If you need help finding property anywhere in Florida, please let me know. @@TheShaverGroupI will definitely have a survey done. I want to do some looking around. One more question, if I buys a vacant to build is there a time frame that i would have to build? I case i buy and hold. The insurance issues in FL and building materials cost are so expensive i would probably wait a bit to build. I will reach out when I sell my condo thanks a lot for taking time the to reply.

Sometimes there are time frames that you must build, but thats usually when there is a homeowners association. On land outside of an HOA there's more often no restrictions on when you must build.
