Strange thing happened to me. I dont get huge compliments in my line of work as it's mainly warehouse and logistics. However I over sprayed Aqva Marine and got 4 compliments in one day. That is huge. No matter how much I spray this fragrance it never becomes cloying. With the fair pricing it doesn't bother me to overspray to achieve better performance, either. It's really underrated and a bit of a secret weapon.
- Aqva Pour Homme = More masculine, mature and darker. - Aqva Marine: More playful, youth, brighter. - Aqva Amara: Very dense with flowers. It has a lot of complexity and personality. Doesn't work in my skin. - Aqva Atlantiqve: Good scent. Easy to like. Very generic. Dylan Blue on Bvlgari.
I shit you not,i sprayed amara at 10:30 a.m. I had surgery at 12:40 p.m. I woke up a couple hours ago,and still get full whiffs of it. It is a beast. I also received a compliment by a female security guard at the hospital right before I went in to register. 👍
This is why I only have 4 bottles in my collection at any one time. I use them till there empty then throw the bottle in the trash. Then buy 4 more. Use them all with in 2 years and you shouldn't have a problem. Store them in there original boxes in a dark place.
To me this is the best aquatic fragance líne. The saltiness of the original, the brightness of the marinne and the floral Weirdness of the amara makes enogh difference in the blue/aquatic mass market fragances to be unique products. They are much better and original than most cheapies, to me they are underated. Ive smelled in the streets all of the versaces, folivers, lacostes and popular fragances but never an aqva.
You are the best fragrance reviewer on RU-vid currently in my opinion. You get ti all aspects of a fragrance (notes, performance, projection, price...), which is perfect 👌🏻
I've sampled OG Aqva, Marine and Atlantique, and I bought a bottle of the OG. I love that cedar heart note. Marine's awesome too, and it might replace my Versace Pour Homme when it runs out, but Atlantique is too shower gel smelling on me. Spot on comparison, Dallas.
My favourite is Aqva Marine. Smells stronger, less synthetic and also lasts longer than Atlantiqve on me (the weather is hot currently here where I am).
Dallas I agree with you bro 100% about aqua amara it threw me off as well when I first sniffed it that whole strength of the ocean masculine aquatic goodness reference people use is misleading smells more flowery/ citrusy less aquatic to me much prefer the more masculine aquatic original aqua or atlanique .
Got the Amara & Atlantique in my collection, both completely different summer scented fragrances, but both top drawer in my opinion, especially the Atlantique. I’m going to purchase the Marine next 👍🏼
This is an interesting scent: I love pour homme. However the tops are almost nonexistent on my skin. But after about 45 minutes it came up pretty strong. Same with Marine.
Nice pickups! I recently came across and picked up one of a few remaining Amara gift sets that included a 3.4 oz and travel spray at my local perfume store. Everyone that's still interested in this scent as well as other discontinued gems should look up and check with their local stores if they haven't already!
Bvlgari aqva is my significant number one i go for i have hundreds of bottles my favorite is the one i mentioned here and i love perfume de Marly herod
Awesome review! I gave Atlantique another shot and ended up adding it into my regular rotation. Got Marine several days ago and let me say that that is all I have been wearing! The scent is phenomenal! Hope to check out the others soon.
I collect Scents even if they don't have longevity...just to close your eyes and get the experience ...le male-minty barbershop,issey-oriental garden,most wanted-milky toffee,Prada ocean-sherbet fizzing in the sea😂....and bulgari aqva- natural ozone spray off the ocean waves.Looking forward to trying other aqvas.
@@dyloak6450 I tried all and chose Marine. Others punch, good if you're giving autographs and walk away, but if you're around for half an hour, it gives headache. Marine however is good for long.
The reformulations on the Aqua and Aqua Marine are unfortunate. Acqua is so unique but the bottle I had years ago was so much better in terms of performance vs the one I i bought at a duty free store last year. Atlantiqve....is a BANGER! My absolute favorite summer fragrance since its release. I bought 2 more bottles since my first just in case its reformulated. It is a constant compliment getter for me.
Original is still the best! Have over 60 frags in my collection invluding 20 niche. This is in my top 10 of all time. Went through 5 3.4 bottles over the first 7 ywars after it came out. Almost perfect!
I picked up the egg smell with Atlantique even on tester paper. I thought it was maybe a bad batch, went to back to Macys counter to compare and it was the exact same cologne. Funny, I never picked it up the first time at the Macy's counter, it wasn't until I read reviews about this. So went I got mine from a discounter it was the first thing I was looking for I guess--and I went back to Macy's counter looking for the smell. But still my favorite. I spray two of original Pour Homme Aqva and 3 sprays of Atlantique on top = Power
Aqua Marine is the best IMO. Artistic creation for marine fragrance, real sea breeze vibes remind me of my hometown, after I first smell it and it transported me to the memory of my hometown. 🏞
Aqua Pour Homme is the best. It's aquatic but in a darker sense. Just like a bottle color shows. It's this type of deep water which is powerful and can be peaceful or vicious and wavy. Along Kenzo Pour Homme (used to be my no1 scent but new one is a joke), and Issey Miyake L'Eau Majeure are the best sea/aqua frags you can get.
I have the AQUA aftershave which it smells nice. but when I tried amara, it smelled strong but metallic to me, returned it, maybe i should've kept it, maybe it would have grown on me. will try atlantique thanks!
I just got aqua marine and was kinda having mixed feelings about it when smelling the opening (almost regretted buying it) but once it started to dry down I loved it!
@@WorldofHHS funny you ask cause I actually just wore it for the very first time yesterday, I only did 3 sissy sprays lol and I was getting whiffs of it for the first few hours. After that it died down a bit. I wasnt really keeping track but it is a nice aquatic scent of that's what your after.
I had aqua Amara once.I bought it new from notino. I loved the smell, most complimented fragrance for me to this day. Unfortunately it got spoiled after only couple of months of owning it. I was very disappointed. Btw, I kept in in a drawer far away from the window where I kept all my other fragrances in the original boxes. Maybe it's because it doesn't have a cap in comparison to others idk.
I got to check it out! I'm no surfer😂 but I grew up in SO Cal n around the oceans so I can relate to the scent profile. I love the Aqva og n it has garnered many compliments for me. Only 1 of the 4 I am familiar with. That will soon change!
I Love the Aqua Marine, But the last time I tried to purchase 1 of them I believe they were both from a Dillards it Smelt Nothing like the Fresh Citrusy Fragrance & I Was Wondering if That Fragrance Is Known to go Bad Quick as Well.
I have same feeling! Got a chance to try three of the aqva family recently. I feel like I prefer Atlantique much more than others due to it's longevity and sweetness mixed some salty and aqua to makes it feels so soft and fresh. Especially when I use it on my sweater and pillow. For Marine and og I use them mostly in warm weather. But for some point I feel the OG has a harshy ending, like it ended too harsh, but for Marine it ended up with a citrus or Mandarin scent in the end. Overall I feel so sad that they cut off the Aqva cuz they are my favourite scents overall..
I DID get the egg vibe with the OG! That said, Aqua Amara and Aqua Marine have been part of my rotation for a while and have received tons of compliments 😎 Dying to get my nose on Atlantique!
I'm searching for a signature line of fragrance so that I can have a signature DNA all year round while switching things up according to seasons/occasions. The Bvlgari aqua line is one I'm considering! Which would you use for these occasions : winter, office, night, hot summer day? :)
Aqva amara is not in production. They are still on shelves but technically not in production. Or is it? Did they just reformulate it? However its not on the blvgari site. Aqva amara is the best I love that orange note
Great reviews and details, I own Amara and used once, jury is still out on that one. Gonna pick up Marine and always rock the classic D&G Light Blue, hard to beat it.

I never tried marine but I tried atlantique and it’s def an aquatic but marine would def give you a more ocean scent with the salty notes. Atlantique smells nice but it didn’t remind me of the ocean.
I bought the Atlantique blindly as I felt it had enough positivity around it on RU-vid. I ignored the fact that some people say it smells like egg, I thought they must be mad. It arrived and yep, it massively smells of egg. And just generally a foul smell. Moral of the story, if more than one person is saying an aftershave smells like egg, DO NOT buy it. There is no smoke without fire. I was very fortunate the company I bought it from let me send it back for a refund.
I've got a full bottle of the Amara....I just cant. I'd have to disagree about it only having moderate projection. It's a beast!...too much in fact. Never liked it and the eggs thing is real in my experience.
Am I the only person that does not like any of the aqua range? I’ve been working with fragrances for many years and have used and tried all these mentioned, however have not enjoyed any of them
Please tell me there is no incense smell to any of them. Gio Perfumo, for instance, I cannot stand the incense. You mentioned in other video that Chanel and Dylan also have incense in them, is it as prominent as Perfumo?
