How did I choose the route?
I leave Vsetin by train to Horní Lideč, which will allow me to avoid driving a slightly climb against the flow of the River Senice. Then I continue cycling from Horní Lidč towards the Wallachian hats. The route partly leads through the main road, but as soon as I can turn to the newly built cycle path. After it I arrive to the Wallachian commands, where the cycle path ends in the meadow. It is not completed yet, so I come to the Wallachian hats on the main road.
Wallachian hats and Vlachovice
I take a break in the Wallachian hats. I observe everyday bustle of this town and perceive its pleasant atmosphere. Then I continue around the stables and riding halls in Lipina. After a short stop I soon get to Vlachovice, where I discover two almost forgotten medieval fortress. The local church of St. Michael impresses me with its convenient location on a gentle hill.
Willow
I am also interested in ammunition warehouses in Vlachovice - Vrbětice, which several years ago caused a stir because of the explosions of a large amount of ammunition. I assumed that photography would be forbidden. Therefore, I continue on the dirt road to Brumov.
Brumov Castle
I arrive at the castle just before the closing time and I have half an hour for a tour, which is enough because I am not here for the first time. Even so, I go through permanent exhibitions and use a spacious courtyard overlooking Brumov. I return to Vsetin in the evening to be at home before sunset.
