Steve, you really think Klop would say something negative to Salah when he want’s him to go on and possibly equalize after WH just scored? Salah probably turned around and said “you should have subbed me in early, now we are losing the game you want me to go do wonders?”. Just saying. 😮
@@bakersentamu4725 Arsenal bottled it? Both Liverpool and Man City have spent more time at the top of the table this year than Arsenal. Liverpool bottled it.
Yeah I wonder why. Liverpool qualifying for the champions league vs donkey Man Utd struggling for 6th. You Man Utd fans in the comments looking for sympathy all the time is hilarious 😂😂😂
The media and pundits have been awfully kind to Liverpool during their collapse. Arsenal wasn't afforded the same niceties last season, and their 'run-in' form wasn't as bad as this.
Luis Diaz has mastered looking busy while scoring no goals. Darwin Nunez just shots hard with zero placement. Endo is dead weight. We still concede tens of goals with a dedicated DM . The standards have dropped with these 3 players. The standard is Mane , Firmino and Fabinho. Sell, sell , sell.
As a non-Liverpool fan, I've been saying that about Diaz from day one. I'm sick of hearing he's a fantastic player. He flatters to deceive. Runs around a lot, sure, but his goals and assists numbers are dreadful. Nunez, Gakpo, Elliot, Gravernbarch, Endo, Jones...I don't think most Liverpool fans realise the world of hurt you're entering if you're relying on these players. Their levels are gonna drop even further with a new manager next year.
Steve Nichol... We are 4 games away from the end of the season and you still haven't figured out that possession and shots on goal dosen't win games. Goals do. Lol 😂
It doesn't matter if you don't get the comment. 29 people and counting liked the comment so who's dumb. Are you his spokesman? All season long most of the pundits judge a team by their possession percentage and total shots. Jose Mourinho won many trophies with very little possession and shots. They belittle teams that draw and sometimes win, because of much less possession/ shots on goal. Do you know how many times Steve has said the team that lost deserved to win? They unfairly target certain teams with disgusting remarks but come with every excuse in the book when commenting on the teams they favor when they have a bad result. Hence, that's why, the, as you said, dumb comment, was made. When people respond using the words dumb and stupid, I can pretty much guess correctly which team they support.@MarkHogan994
"They feel sorry for themselves", disgusting how he says that so occasionally, like it's fine for players that get paid millions to slack off like that! With that type of thinking I'm glad Liverpool aren't in the title race anymore, glad to see them back to factory mediocre settings for his Liverpool!
First he went to shake hands with him and Salah gave him a cold shoulder. Then Salah took a long time to be ready for the substitution. Probably Klopp commented on that. Meahwhile WH scored while they're waiting for the sub. Draw your own conclusions
I said it since the FA cup loss, something has gone awry inside the club, something has to be off inside that dressing room. the capitulation is insane!
They were outscoring xg for most of season and letting in less than xg against. Just their luck is in waves and it caught up with them. They are the third best team in PL so third would be fair.
No point in dissecting this Liverpool team anymore, just an ugly team all around, anemic offense and inability to keep clean sheets. What an epic collapse by these players and staff.
The West ham second goal was due as per usual by Liverpool amateurish defending. Robertson got turned inside out on the wing, the West Ham player brings the ball in surrounded by three LFC players and still manages to make a superb cross for Tony to score, whilst Quansha is standing in front of him apparently completely unaware of his presence. Terrible.
I'm sorry but these pundits on this channel have viewed Jurgen Klopp through Rose tinted glasses (with the exception of Craig Burley who rightly called out Jurgen Klopp in the past). The fact they are suprised about his character during this spat between Klopp and Salah is amazing. For every rival fan out there, we saw through this "Mr. Perfect" persona that he portrays through the media. I grew during the late '80's and I will tell you this, even though I am not a Man Utd fan at least Alex Ferguson never tried to create a squeaky clean image.
Klopp tries to preserve their image to reduce distractions for the players but I think yesterday we got a glimpse of what actually happens behind the scenes
@@michaelrowell7798 must be emulating Man United, 3rd, a league cup and a Dutch bald manager from a farmers league taking over, next year will be pool COMEDY GOLD then.
Mo Salah as played 2869 minutes which is 31 games , he as scored 24 goals and as 13 assists. Darwin Nunez as Played 2871, minutes, which is 31 games , he as scored 18 goals and as 13 assists. Cody Gapko, as played 2795 minutes which is 31 games, he as scored 14 goals and as 5 assists. This is the weak link and needs selling. Diego Joata as played 1973 minutes which is 21 games he as scored 15 goals, with 4 assists. Out of Nunez 13 assists, 7 of them have been to Salah, 5 have been to Jota, with 1 to Gapko. Jota as is a great finisher and benefited from playing with Nunez, like Salah. Jota ,misses 30 games a season injured every season
I think the media are trying so hard to remove the blame from Klopp. He was attacking multiple players minutes before he jumped on Salah’s back. Let’s just accept he didn’t conduct himself well out of anger and call a spade a spade.
Credit to Stevie, for all the softness he gives his sinking club, he put the responsibility on Klopp where most have put blame on Salah. Mo has had zero disciplinary issues in his career, he definitely got triggered by Klopp. Leave alone leaving the fully fit best player LFC have had in 30 years on the bench until the last 10 minutes, whispering nonsense in his ear before he comes on is wild. Hope he does himself a favor and goes on to collect a fat cheque at a place that would appreciate him.
6:55-7:15 I believe there is some truth to what Stevie says about Klopp speaking to Salah right before he gets on. Something's off inside the dressing room
At the end of the day, when you know the manager is leaving at the end of the season, every week goes the players subconsciously just don’t listen. And Klopp ain’t doing his job 100% , he clearly don’t care.
@@leonleon2276 Then it shows how weak Liverpool's mentality. When Bayern annouced that Pep will be replacing Jupp in March 2013, they still went on to do the treble againt Klopp's Dortmund which still had Lewandoski, Gotze, Hummels and Gundogan at their prime.
@@dead_r33dthe issue is, liverpool hasn’t done enough transfers. Klopp has used the same basic 11 for like 5 seasons. Its what he does. Amazing at bringing a team to the top. But not good at sustaining it there
Klopp's journey was filled with emotion and intensity - its a rollercoaster that has ups and downs and eventually Klopp runs out of gas and leaves. Same thing happened at Dortmund
Unfortunately, Pool an Arsenal just haven't the ever-ready battery squad depth of Cheaty who have atleast 3 different teams. Both Arsenal and Pool suffer burnout by forever trying to outsmart Cheaty with mainly the same players all season, these players just suffer from burnout sas the season progresses due t Pep setting the bar so high.
I think Salah told LFC last year that he wanted to stay in LFC, instead of being sold off to Saudi Arabia, but for the reason that Klopp was LFC-Manager, which suddenly Klopp, some weeks back, announced he wouldn’t/won’t be after upcoming summer… since Klopp’s said announcement, Salah has played bad in every game(!); and now that Salah was chosen by Klopp not to start, Salah couldn’t “hold back” his frustration, his anger!
Too many side and back passes have come into Liverpools game lately . Thats the difference between the top midfielders. They go forward . Whats crazy is that these same players were going forward before
It feels like there must be something going on behind the scenes for it to unravel this quickly, it's really feeling more and more each day like the Klopp era in Liverpool has run it's course.
@@bizaster20biggzwayne43 tbh im a united fan i dont care about salah. For me i think liverpool do need to cash in on him coz i think his time is up, his form has dropped big time.
@@35utsavavardhana83 exactly, as soon as kdb came back from injury 2 goals and assists the winner vs newcastle. Has been great ever since. Salah is just a big baby, ill never rate him as a PL great.
Klopp probably gave an instruction that Salah thought silly and condescending in context of him going on so late and who he was when he was furious at sitting on bench. Doubt he insulted his mum lol.
Complete overhaul of the cast, the owners must raise at least £300 million. With Mbappe's move to Real Madrid, Rodrygo will run out of space. It is the first signing to be made by Liverpool.
Stevie Nicole is freaking bias , most of the season he gave Arsenal no Chance of finishing even above Liverpool, he criticized Arteta but when Liverpool shits to bed he goes easy on them. I don't like both Shaka and Stevie. Frank Lebouf, Ale Moreno and Mario Melchiot are the most neutral and factual guys.
Klopp has been an ashole all his Liverpool career when results don't go his way, y'all ignore and love him regardless, y'all keep the hate for Arteta and United
Sell, sell , sell..
I’m saying this as a massive United fan, it’s crazy how these Liverpool fans are turning on Klopp. Man competed against arguably one of the most dominant teams in the last 10 years with half the budget and still managed to make a huge team.
I agree with @9:04 It looked like he said something like, "We need you to go score now..." Which obviously would have triggered Salah thinking "well you should have started me then." The reaction is completely out of line
Front 3 miss many chances. Diaz running with ball but no ending. Nunez miss too many, even the easy chances. Too depend on Salah but he not existing in the games. Only best goal scorer in Jota but injured. Gakpo miss many chances as well. Another problem, I thought we chasing the title, but resting Salah and Nunez. Nunez , miss chances maybe the reason, but Salah, why? Trent sometimes just crossing the ball without knowing the target is. I know Bradley is injured, but when he start, there are proper defense at right side. If not mistaken, only loss 1 when Bradley played, while Trent play in last few games, only 1 win as probably opposition know to explode that right side. Why don't play Gomez there. And Klopp still think Trent is good defender.
what is stevie talking about here ? You think Klopp went to Salah and abused him and his daughters ? he probably said go out there and win us the game and you can tell Mo was just waiting to explode, Mo's reasoning was probably his lack of minutes or proabbly expecting to start the game but relax Mo, our season starting falling apart once you came back into the picture to begin with and then you did nothing to change that other than ask for the penalties again. What fire ? youre not a dragon, take that fire to Saudi now.
Mohamed Salah’s touchline feud with Jurgen Klopp during the West Ham game is a sign of the end of a beautiful era at Liverpool. Everything about them isn’t going well. Many of us know what happened between the 2 on the touchline when Salah was warming up to come off the bench and apparently he and Klopp were exchanging words between each other. Probably frustrated after being dropped to the bench again after his poor run of form, but clearly the relationship between the star player and the manager has broken down and behind the scenes, there’s probably issues between the 2 that we don’t even know about. It’s great that Salah said that he’d be in big trouble if he speaks and obviously the media wants to know what happened between them when the reality is that it’s none of our business things like this happen between a player and a manager. It isn’t a coincidence that it happened during a period where Liverpool’s season has badly unraveled Klopp will be gone at the end of the season and Salah could soon follow suit with him as well because he’s linked with a move to Saudi Arabia and many Liverpool fans want him sold this summer and at this rate he might need to go to the Middle East. One of the greatest players in Liverpool’s history just like his manager his brilliant stint at the club is ending in a whimper.
Stevie and Frank...When M Edwards and his lackeys walked back through LFC doors on March 14th, the shi- starts, 3 days later they lose to Man united. From that day, everything is clear and what no one is prepared to say is this. Alonso was quick to say No to Liverpool when Edward and lackeys were give full control and they decided they wanted only a coach. Look at Salah Goals to Minutes, he is okay. Nunez and Jota carried them until February 17th, when they both got injured and they had covered Mo Absence through injury.. Nunez as been playing with an injury since March 2nd
When you live together for years its normal that the players step over the line sometimes. Managers are not always angels. KDB woulda never shout back at Pep in his first couple of years with him like he did last year. The main issue is not Salah reacting to whatever this is, but its more about if he can put it aside right away and play the way he is supposed to. Emotions will always be there, how can you channel it and how quick makes the difference between being professional or not and clearly Salah got a bit too comfortable.
This is the worst title run in by a challenger I have ever seen. Liverpool were in the clear lead at the beginning of April with the same number of games played, and have totally blown up. Arsenal blew up last season. But what makes this worse is that half the Liverpool team, manager and coaching staff have experience of winning the league, and yet have still fallen to pieces under pressure. Arsenal were rookies but seem to be learning quick. I don't expect to see Liverpool challenging for the title for some time.
Liverpool have been punching above their capacity all season, in possibly a cup competition they would have wrapped up the cup with their high tempo razzmatazz attacking style. Their defending hasn't been what gives you a league title. Hardly win any game without conceding.
Stop defending Klopp. I know he is tha manager and all and need to be respected but he was the one who initiated by whispering something offensive in Salah’s year. If it’s not Salahpool, then it’s also not Jürgenfield. Liverpool is not a one man show.
Stevie was trying to blame klopp initially, the coach is the Boss, look how ferguson managed United and pep @ city currently, there seems to be an element of sabotage somewhere
the high press and offside trap is not working teams wised up ....deeper defence also rocket up defence leaky pressure is coming from leaky back flowing into attack .Also so many bad decisions effected lfc over the year a lot more than other teams
Really disappointed with the defence for letting in 2 not difficult goals. Quansah is a bit poor today. It's now between Arsenal or City for the title.
