Riding the gravity train must be scary at first, but exciding to ride too! The drone footage VERY VERY IMPRESSIVE OF THE TRAINS THEMSELVES, also the spectacular Welsh county side! Wished we had kept a portion of narrow gauge railway in my Canadian province as a tourist attraction. The entire railway closed 31 years ago September 1988.
Very ironic gala is one of many words to describe it. Mega job to the camera crew especially with the drone shots. Big congrats and well done to all the volunteers :-)
Wonderful. Lurrrv the FR, had my first ride on holiday in 1967 (behind Blanche) and joined the Society in 77 whilst on holiday with the future Missis P. Fab! Does anyone want loads of FR mags?
I'm ecstatic with colorful livery Loco n freight consist...So impressed with how well kept up everything is! I'm from across the Pond, if I ever get over your way Would say hello and give a Warm handshake Excellent video's snd Drone coverage, took me me a minute to get what Gravity train was....😅
Probably a daft question, but on the double fairlie's, are the water tanks cross-fed, so that all four will fill from one filler, or are both ends separate?
So how does the locomotive that pulls the slate wagons up return back? Run by itself on return or added to another returning train? I have always wondered that.
