During an extandard August Bank holiday weekend we visited 4 Narrow gauge railways in wales this year before the wetaher turned against us. Welshpool & Llanfair, Bala Lake, Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railway's.
Thank you so much for providing us with your premium viewing videos. One of your great contributions to railway videos, is often unseen, as you throughout have set standards of quality, that other enthusiasts now copy. Your research is legendary. Thank you so much.
Howdy! from Texas, I must say I have yet to see any trash, garbage, graffiti etc on any of these videos. the surroundings are impressive as the trains. Thumbs up to the folks of Wales! I would love to visit this jewel one day.
Great video, love trains always.....But I need to add major compliment here. Your music is absolutely top notch.. OMG it sounds so soothing and inviting...... Thank you for great acoustic sound level......
T.Y.R.E , thankyou for your kind comments, not day day goes by when I don’t think of Penny and she will always be with me, looking over me and lucky, till the day when we can be together again.
pwsod , nothing is for free unfortunately, the alternative is a Netflix model, subscription. People need to get used to it is another a TV channel and as such u will get adverts.
Great scenery, great little trains, but didn't like the format too much jumping from one railway to another, no continuity, I usually enjoy your video's but not this one.
Neil Curson , compromise as I only had one day at each, so I decided to reflect a single day across all 4, starting in the morning and ending at the end of the day.
Clearly the covid-19 requirements made it difficult to do a lot of travelling as all the railways require pre-booking, and most were not using their entire line and usually with rules about booking compartments. Personally I agree with the comments about continuity, but as I know a lot about these railways their was only the odd viewpoint that threw me, for a short time at least. Otherwise a nice record of post lockdown railways in some of Gwynedd.
