Joe is my "go to" wedding photographer. He is such an incredible, full of energy photographer. Hope to see you one day when you come down to Brisbane, Down Under,
I like Joe a lot, mainly cause he doesnt take himself to seriously. Joe, you helped me pull out some nice shots based on your instruction. I thank you.
I loved this, great video watching Joe work. As far as P mode goes like Joe says they wouldn't put it on a professional camera if it didn't have a use, just another tool in the kit as far as most real working pros feel, can't always be manual...miss too many shots on the fly..Thanks for uploading this video..cheers
The whole reason behind it is because you need to to work very fast to capture the 'moments'. If you're in manual, having to look the the metre and adjust exposure means getting the shot or not. He doesnt shoot in P in situations where you have time to think, such as a 1 on 1 shoot with the bride only and nothing else going on in the surroundings.
All my courses, books and tutors may jokes about "P" Mode; but here I watch a highly respected photographer use it....and I can understand why....but does anyone else flick to "P"?
