I Passed my CE, with National Logistics, Chaddeton first time. Great thanks to my instructor Graham Blind, Exellent instructor and a great personality, I passed with ease, as I was told all the basics by a great instructor. Thanks Graham Blind. Thanks to all the wonderfull staff, at chaddeton, the company was a pleasure to learn with, 100% recommended.. Once again, Thankyou.. Regards Mohammed Wasim
Hi do you have to read a number plate before the Hgv Practical test or do you start off with the Tell me show me questions? I saw this on Google This only applies to cars and motorbikes. Vocational tests rely on the medical report, so NO eyesight test is involved at the time of the driving test for trucks and buses. NVDIR APPROVED TRAINING CENTRE. FIRST ACCREDITED BY DVSA 2008.is this correct I already have done my medical and received livi
Done mine today with the lad speaking in the video, absolutely fantastic at teaching , especially for someone like me who's struggles believing they can do it. Would 100 percent recommend these guys and definitely watch and subscribe as the videos are a massive help. Cheers again.
Just won't to say big thank you to Kevin for helping me pass my Class2 by doing so with his experience and guidance I got 0 faults. Brilliant training.
I just passed my reverse test today at this center I deeply appreciate from lovely and fantastic instructor call Michelle who just reversing truck at this video. you are star 💫🙏
passed today thanks to Kev. great team at mantra all really helpful, if you take your class 2 here hope you get Kev top bloke and funny as. cheers mate.
Thanks Kyle. It was refreshing to have such a young lad in with a mature driving style, easy to train. You certainly put in the effort and time outside of your training too. I hope Your grandad was super proud mate. I also loved your attitude: ‘since I started applying myself, I passed every test first time’ That’s what happens when you learn and take it seriously. Well deserved. Well done and good luck in the future
Passed my class 2 this week with kev, this guy was absolutely brilliant the whole week i was with him, gave me 110%. Cant wait to go back to mantra now to do my class 1!!
I would like to thank everyone at Mantra and especially Kevin my class 2 instructor for getting me up to test slandered with his knowledge I was able to pass first time thanks again would recommend this course.
Just passed my class 2 today with Kev at Mantra, Couldn't be happier with the training there from all of the staff. Day 1 I really doubted my abilities but with the help of the trainers I passed first time. Would strongly advise anyone thinking of going for it to contact them as they're extremely helpful.
Wow really great driving good parking madam 💐 great training Sir thank you so much sir I'm working Kuwait 🇰🇼 sumli license have Indian havi driver license have sir 🇮🇳 good I'm trying Poland sir Poland more like it Sir 💐💐💐🙏
Just a quick update!! Kev was my Instructor when i started and the knowledge he gives to people with his experience is second to none, Today i PASSED yey lol, but i have to say that all the staff at Mantra Learning are a credit to the company, If you are thinking about it, go and do it is an experience in itself, go in with a positive mental attitude ( PMA ) and you can't go wrong...Thanks again Kev and to all the staff! Stevie Schumacher ;)
knew i recognised that yard on the thumbnail, mantra middleton, i was the long haired lad out with spencer in the wincanton merc, had andy for my actual examiner, typical too is i did it perfect all practice long, and then during the test needed 1 shunt, whoopsy.
My HGV school had a line of marker tape on the trailer head so you knew when to stop turning and start on the diagonal run to that first cone. What I must say is that once you start driving for real, better learn those jack-knife reverses because you'll be turning on a sixpence in some scenarios.
Love the way ,Kev you give the perspective from the drivers seat. and how to know when to stop in the yellow box. Will need this type of info in the next few weeks.
Just started today doing mostly paper work and rules and regulations brushing up on the questions for the walkaround first real lesson on Wednesday next beautiful truck Scania P220 a 2022 reg ,looks like I will have my test on the 3rd week of April. ,7 x 2 hr lessons and an hour practice before test. the ETB are funding me on it everything covered by the education training board, fantastic resource
@@Risky_Biscuit Just a quick note I passed the class 2 on Monday " mirrors mirrors mirrors before breaking, before signalling, before turning, every 3 seconds on reversing and don't go putting up the window on the duel carriage way " got a 2 grade for that" 9 stop signs, 2 hill starts, 9 right turns and 10 left turns, 14 roundabouts. Hope all is going well for you buddy. I think i will do the Artic "class 1" next month. I was blessed no school traffic it was as quite as a mouse.
Wow i remember this guy where i got my class 2 training😄he is nice guy and friendly 👏👏👏brilliant!..one wuestion pal,Are we getting funding for class 1 from government boot camp?any news?thanks for video
Great vlog Kev, Still kicking myself from Thursday's Test even with the PMA lol, roll on Wednesday and re-test Thursday, did you manage to get any of the footage? Id like to see it from another angle and where i went wrong, Thing is im kicking myself thinking if i had waited that few seconds more, as i had already gone through the lights and just sat and waited till it had gone red then gone onwards could it have changed the outcome - Stevie schumacher :D
It always hurts my brain steering in the opposite direction first but I guess it makes sense with the artics. Just a quick question... is the first turn allowed to be a dry steer or do you have to be in motion? Thanks for the vid I really appreciate the driver POV too, it really helps with lining up.
@The Life Of a HGV Instructor Great. I couldn't reverse last time I was there. Had 4 hours to practice and test at 11am (Realistically 2 hours factoring in admin). The examiner guy with beard said it would be unfair to test me then..Ended up going to Wincanton Corby for 10 days (I was B class to C+E) and passed with 8 minors. Overall it was my company's cock up and never blame Mantra for the miscommunication. Now I can stick the bloody thing on a bay without even breaking a sweat 😆 🤣. Thanks for the video, liked and subbed 👍.
Hi Andre, thank you for commenting. Personally my opinion is: I’m not a fan of this, however some people are just suited (born to drive) to driving so it all boils down to how you are as a person etc. I like the route of going B-C (get some on road experience) then go from C-C+E But everyone is different, it’s not crazy like you asked, do what is most suited to yourself pal.
Hi Andre A couple of weeks ago I’d never driven an HGV. I had one day in a class 2 and 4 1\2 days in a class 1 with my test in the afternoon. I passed and to be honest I preferred the class 1. Obviously even though I’ve now got my license I know that the real learning starts from now on. I’m sure that you will be fine and good luck 👍
