Going into the 2023 season (which means the 2022 season) the NFC East was the best division from a record perspective which is what Micah is saying. No team was below .500. So Micah is right in this argument. I think CJ is thinking about this past season.

In 2022-23 season NFC East sent 3 playoff teams to the playoffs. In 2022-23 NFC East had 2 teams who were in the top 4 of the NFL power rankings until week 14. When was the last 2 times Steelers, Browns, Bengals, Ravens made it to a SB? 2021? Before that was when? 2013? Okay… AFC North is deeper as of 2023-24 season, but prior to that, it was an absolutely awful conference for a while. Browns were basically an automatic win for the past 20 years and we’re acting like they’re a better program than Giants or Redskins in the past decade… lmfao come on now. Meanwhile NFC East hasn’t had a repeat winner in over 20 years because it’s that competitive and has 2 of the top 3 NFC teams in their conference for the past 2, going on 3, years (on paper).
