Hearing you talk about your mom and how supportive she is makes me cry and wish I had that support … hug her a little tighter for me, I went through post partum alone . Just thinking of it breaks my heart and to anyone who recovered alone , My heart goes out to you … us women are STRONG !

My mom had all 3 of her children with c sections and she had no one. Her mom and sisters were back in Mexico and my dad was always working, and today more than ever I admire her because she was alone you are so blessed to have a mom with you and an amazing husband who supports you and is able to work from home and help you. God bless you and your family ❤️

Shoutout to our moms! Because they went through it alone and had no support system. Their the real MVP. My mom was sharing her story with me today of when I was born almost 29 years ago. You got this Jazmin!! You have an amazing support system and beautiful baby girls.

Everybody is so different so it's good to hear your story. I had a first degree tear and I was in excruciating pain for weeks. Everyone else said they were up and walking immediately like nothing happened. I still wasn't healed at 6 weeks and I had to go back to work and it still hurt to sit. Wishing you a speedy recovery!!

It ok. I am mom of two. Girl that constipation no joke!!! My legs would fall asleep on the toilet. I eventually stopped taking stool softener that made it worse. So I started to taking greens . That worked definitely. I went finally!!!! It was literally the shits . But yes I agree we are all different what works for some doesn't work for others . I totally respect that. You have a great support system. It okay sometimes to feel crappy. My mom had three c sections. Oh boy she was alone because my dad was gone military no family. Her family was in Panama while she was here in states. I am the oldest so I had to helped. Remember God knows your pain and he your comforter and healer!

So glad you posted this, because it is good to get genuine feelings out & I hope you feel better. Having 2 c sections myself, I can relate. My first c section, i went thru a flood in my city and my second c section i went thru a winter storm. Definitely added more stress to what i was already going through. But the second c section was definitely harder. I felt like every time I moved i would just fall apart. I couldnt sleep on my bed for 2 weeks because of the pain so i was on my couch and I had so many bandages and a drainage tube attached to me as well so it was hard to breastfeed or hold my baby. But almost 9 months later and everything is better and everything i went thru helped make me stronger. Wishing you a speedy recovery!

Hearing u talk about postpartum makes me get emotional and brings back memories to both times i went through it and its really hard getting back to what they call normal... but our bodies r out of wack the hormones the pain our rollercoaster of emotions.. and the trying to be a mom at the same time.. but thankfully u have ur mom and dad and valentin there to help.. i had no one during the day only in the afternoons.. and i cant count how many times i cried n cried not even understanding why.. but after days passed things got better and easier.. but if u feel your going through some post partum depression def get help.... i hope things get better for you!! Your a great momma!!! You got this!! Day by day 💗

I love this video!! Everyone I watch or is around me (except my mom) make me feel like I was too exaggerated w my csection recovery. It was THE worst pain and most mentally exhausting experience ever! My mom was heaven sent when I had my csection because she herself has had bad csection experiences. Some days I wanted the days to be longer and other days I was asking myself when I would get to the good part or if I even would; When would everything get better. You are so transparent w what you are going thru and I appreciate it some much ✨🥺

I love how you guys are speaking your language to your babies.. i see so many parents speaking English only to their kids and their kids ended up not knowing their own language which is sad, not trying to judge how parents teach their kids but i think they should be like you guys.. not only your daughters are lucky but also blessed ❤️❤️

That sucks that you feel that way and that you feel like you can’t complain. Give yourself some slack because you legit had your insides cut open through so many layers and that hurts no matter who. So amazing hearing your mom say you helped her during her recovery and she’s now helping you! That’s what a mother daughter relationship should be nothing but love! My mother is still alive but we don’t talk. I gave birth 2 months ago via emergency c session and had the same experience as you, not even narcos would help ease the pain and I would also sit there and cry and ask god if that was my last day bc of how bad the pain was and made me feel. 2 months later I still feels sharp pains in my stomach. I pray for you and me and every women out there. Birth is a beautiful thing but it’s very painful not just physically also mentally. Sending you love!!! ❤️

I had my second baby via c-section back in April. My dad had passed away a month before. Coming home from the hospital was the hardest thing to do. The first few months were the loneliest months, I didn’t have my mom’s support and my husband had to be back at work. I was going up and down the stairs the day I came home holding back tears from the pain. I felt like a failure because I felt like I wasn’t meeting my 4 year old daughters needs and my milk supply eventually dried up. It has been almost 8 months and the guilt for everything is still there. All mommas are strong for enduring whatever it is they are going through. I admire your relationship with your mom and you are so blessed to have 2 beautiful healthy girls.

Ive learned its ok to have your days where you feel really bad. Let me just tell you are so lucky to have your mom with you. When I had my baby I didn’t have anybody to help me and it was hard with a c section. My husband worked long shifts I felt so bad there were days where it was so hard not being to be able to carry my baby as much as I wanted and heal at the same time. I am just thankful to God I have my healthy baby. You are a strong person and blessed you have your family there and husband. Just wanted to let you know its ok to feel that way, you have been through a tough experience.❤️

Thank you so much for talking about your recovery. I'm currently 5 months postpartum after having my first baby with an unexpected csection. When I was 1 month postpartum I was really going through it and felt like I had no one to talk to because no one would understand what I was feeling. So I remembered you also had a csection and searched when you talked about your postpartum with Jaylin. I literally balled my eyes out because I felt like you described exactly what I was going through and for a moment I didn't feel so alone. I'm still mourning the fact that I didn't have a vaginal birth like I had imagined so thank you for having the courage and opening up about your feelings. I'm not ready to even talk about how I'm feeling with those who are close to me so I admire your bravery for posting this. 💕

I totally understand Yasmin, I’ve had two c sections so far. My first one wasn’t soo bad & the recovery was faster. My second c section was so bad, very painful & it opened twice. Very different experiences with both c sections. I hope you recover soon & just know it’s not a forever thing 😊❤️

Girl, thank you so much for sharing with us. You know you don’t have to but that makes you, you. I’ve had 3 c-sections and my youngest is 5 and I still feel a little pain, itchiness, or sometimes when working out I have to take it easy, very normal. Just listen to your body. You are very blessed to have your mom and your family with you. Take care. 💕

It takes courage to make this video, I have a knot just watching because I know exactly what you mean. At one point I felt like I was the only one going through this, it kinda made me think twice or having a 3 baby because of how hard a c section was for me. And I was blessed to have my mom to comfort me . Amiga te mando un abrazo take it day by day ❤️

I have only 1 C-section and it was one of my most depressing time… I healed fast but I had post postpartum I cried for any little thing. 10yrs later and I have discomfort from time to time. You’ll be fine and having your mom definitely helps. Hope you recover soon 🤍

I'm so happy you have your mom with you (and of course your other family members) to help you out. You are still glowing beautiful! I just finished Casa de Paper and it was hands down my favorite Netflix show :D It's cute Jaylin tried to sing along. My daughter won't sing along but she'll dance to the opening song haha.

This video made me cry. You are so blessed to have your mom by your side. I lost mine a few months ago and im genuinely scared to have another baby because i know she won't be with me next time around. And that might just break me. Stay strong! God bless you & your beautiful family.

I didn't have a c section but you're so blessed to have your mom with you everyday and living with you. When I was contracting and going into labor the lockdown just started and covid was spreading fast. I was lucky to have my sons father with me even though I wanted my mom there to help me. She lives almost 2hrs away but she helps us when she can with our son. Prayers for speedy recovery it must be tough. I remember when my boyfriend had to go back to work I cried but luckily my sister was home with me til my son was 3 months old. You're so blessed girl and with a beautiful family. Thank you for sharing I love watching your vlogs. ❤❤

Hey Jasmin, I too had a recurring c-section two months ago, for me second time was the hardest… I too was like you with fluctuating days but I think because I was trying to rush my recovery when we shouldn’t. Let your body do it’s thing & in a few weeks you will see that you feel better, you are blessed your mom is with you & I am sure her and husband understand & are there for you & want you to heal properly. We as moms want to do it all but at times we do need the extra help & it is not a bad thing❤️

It’s ok to feel up and down nena 😍 your body is trying to get back to “normal” take each day as it comes. You have an awesome support system and it’s ok to ask for help. It’s a true blessing to have your mom. We’re a military family so I’ve had all my babies by myself and my husband was deployed for the birth of our first son. You got this mama, even when you feel like you don’t. Many blessings 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

Awww Yasmine, I’m sorry to hear you struggling. I have also have had 2 c-sections and really wanted to have a “natural” birth with my second and couldn’t. A lot of people say the pains of C-section get worse after every baby because they cut into the same wound over and over. To top of my situation I have been diagnosed with PPD and that doesn’t help either. PLEASE make sure to talk to someone if you continue to feel down. I just had my gallbladder removed like 3 days after Kailin was born and I have felt the same some days I feel great and other days my wounds feel very painful and sore. Apparently some pain is good because it means it’s healing. May God continue helping you in your recovery ❤️
