Recently got into the game from a dearest friend of mine extremely happy to play it since I am not super huge into world exploration. The ships design is absolutely gorgeous just how quick the speed and additional equipment on it with a decent amount of space for its size. have been playing for roughly a month now and have spent over 60+ hours on it and hope to be playing for many more with all these amazing updates :)

Long time player, started an org with my brother and his friends. We do cargo hauling, bounty missions, and just general exploration in my constellation andromeda. I chose that ship because it reminded me of Tantive IV from Star Wars. We’ll probably won’t get any likes but a interesting story is a RL chapter in my star citizen adventure. I attended citizen con, my first being my first full year playing. I brought my GF however she got mad at me for having females commenting on my content. She stormed out just as the first video began. I looked at her, then back at the video, back at her…. Finally I settled back into my seat and watched the rest of the panel with everyone 😅 We did get back together by the end of it only for her to break up with me hrs before my bday/thanksgiving over a reel she didn’t think was funny. I need a c1 to get out of here 😂

Most liked comment to win is admittedly asking for trouble, I've seen these being rigged in the past to be honest. That being said, I feel like the C1 is nestled nicely within the other cargo ships (at its class and size), offering style plus that tractor beam being ultimately super handy. I think we'll be seeing loads of these flying around in the 'verse as an upgrade to the Titan or other starter cargo ships, it's got a lot of good going for it! Oh, and of course, the engines just look sick, I love the Crusader-styling on them!

When i first started playing i had no idea where to start, some videos felt just as complicated as the game itself and then your video came along, you taught me what to press to get out of bed, how to set keybinds and how to get some quick and easy gear, that first week your videos where on repeat and before long i was sharing the wisdom in glodal chat, each time you "premoted" me it actually felt like i had achieved someting by learning what you had taught, thank you so much for being my invisible wingman and keeping me company on those first rocky weeks ❤

Had a bit of a rough start in the verse. Did a few box runs. About the 3rd one I got the package and was headed to deliver it. Arrived at the planet, located the delivery point but could not get a nav lock to go there. Went to closest point that was clickable... after flying for over an hour, I finally set a point out in space. Jumped their only to see my ship decided to not stop and continue into the black. Controls were not responsive and could not get ship out of its hyperjump. So I did the next best thing and laid down on the bed to die/log out. Upon restart I tried to bring up my ship at the terminal, but again nothing worked. Then I heard the chatter on the general chat...several were having issues ... doors not working, not able to pick up stuff. Then one guy said he is on the train and it just crashed, now he is floating out to space! At this point several said server was overloaded and we should log off. It was fun when it worked and still good for some laughs when it broke. I plan to get back in the verse soon. This beautiful ship would be a great reason to jump back in it. Have FUN!

Well my story will be about my first free play. I tried out Star Citizen a while ago. I am not good at space combat in most games so I was avoiding it at first, so I decided to start a few delivery missions in my i100 (since it was free to fly at the time and it's my favorite starter ship). I had a lot of fun doing small cargo missions around the moons of Microtech until I decided to to my last run for the night. I got my cargo and got up to space, not realizing I was being followed by an NPC. I got out of my seat in orbit because I wanted to change my equipment and some weird ping sounds started coming up around me. As I had no combat experience, I didn't realize it was the the shields being shot at. as soon as I heard the boom from the missile, it was too late. my ship had lost shields and several systems and was spinning out into space. Weirdly my ship was still alive, just missing all but 2 thrusters, the power systems were gone and I had no control. I tried rebooting the ship to try and stop the spinning but the 2 thrusters did not have enough power since my reactor was gone. I did notice a second NPC had taken the attention of the first, and I was drifting in a dead ship away from them so I was stranded. I was about to call for help from someone, but I noticed the time and I needed to log off. You could say my character is still out there, stranded in a dead ship with no power, surviving off of the food he was supposed to deliver. I haven't played since because my life got super busy but I would love to pick it up again and play with all the changes that have happened since. The C1 Spirit would be the one thing that would force me to make time for it. Thanks for considering my story! :)

My story is when Item permanence was new, the wrecks of ships all over and the endless empty bottles. I was doing some cargo trucking (you wonder why I am subbed to your channel even since ED days taught me alot even to my own, Void Diamond mining with a Cutter the Diamond Whale) so I am flying to a mining out post and spot a ship blip on the hud, enjoying my attempts at looting ships or just checking stuff out I went off to find a Cutlass black....with its Ramp down. Odd I thought and I wonder in and the shadow of a Roc is there I look in the cargo of the Roc to find it filled with Hadanite! Ofcourse I am going to take that at loot (it took 15 runs...15...FIFTEEN RUNS! of filling my back pack, my pockets and socks) before I start the efforts best to look further into the Cutlass. Entering the Main room/Cockpit I am great to a dead pilot on their in a FULL PEMBROKE SUIT! I needed that! now...this was not the only thing I saw as I tried to figure why the person died, the room is littered with empty drink bottles...this person must have been on a major thirst as each was empty and I bet if I CIG put empty food wrappers I would have found them too. So I am looking at the most well hydrated and probably well fed dead body who is kitted out with all the things I needed and a Roc full of Hadanite. I am still left pondering...how did they die...did they starve? Did SC have a bug? A genuine mystery and fun little random thing to discover like I playing Fallout.

I am a struggling space cadet who's down on his luck and living in the Dark Corners of Grim Hex. With this ship I can see a Much Brighter Future. I might even be able to rise to be a Fabled Space Trucker & move to Area18 or even New Babbage. Yeah I can see it All Now!!! But that being said I will actually gift this to my wife so that we could play together. Because The Family That Plays Together Stays Together 👪😍

Made a run to Brios with a friend tonight. I ended up drugging him while he was at the sale terminal and he chased me into a fist fight outside. 3 Ares were shining their lights down on our INTENSE battle as some of them shot flairs. We had a man in yellow refing for us and 3 other hercs waiting to see how the fight ended. Absolute giggle fest. He couldn't hit a thing and I ended up having to carry him to his ship to sleep it off. Love to be able to do some runs with a work horse like the C1. Cause when this game works it fucking rocks.

I'm still fairly new to the game and the C1 is, in my newbie opinion one of the best ships for a new player. Its fast, capable and absolutely gorgeous... everything a player just starting out in the verse needs. This is the type of ship that makes one fall in love with the game.

I’ve been a backer of SC since 2014 with only an Aurora LN. I need the C1 to jump start the cheddar making after wipes. To have something more competent at hauling more then boxes. To jump start the looting of bunkers and illegal salvage! To make all the space bucks I can quickly!

Small creator here, I would absolutely love to use this ship to continue to make more content for the community - Working a full-time job and doing the channel in my free time but love every second of it. I’ve spent quite some money to upgrade my cpu and add another 16gbs of ram so I can finally play this game. I’ve already had to return my Aurora starter pack to CIG because I couldn’t run it.

For me Gaining Access to the C1 Spirit Package would not be MY ticket to the world of Star Citizen, but it would allow me to welcome my Long Distance boyfriend from Jordan to join me in this beautifully chaotic and unpredictable verse. I remember seeing this game on yt and i said i gotta get this game. i did some research and to my dismay it wasn't a console title and for whole year i saved to get a pc got it, it didn't work talked with a friend i fixed it upgraded iit bought the game didn't know how to play looked up stuff found your channel and have been loving this buggy game but with my poo ship grinded to 600k than i think patch 19.somthing came out reset everything my ship upgrades the whole 9 yards and stoped playing came back to it recently and i begrudgingly restarted my grind to the top im just over 250k now but its a slow grind with my starter ship

After flying the C1 during IAE Event doing cargo hauling and other activities, I can see why it is hard to part with as I enjoyed flying it through the Stanton System, even got me out of some sticky situations. Staring at the rental timer, I look forward to seeing this ship again in the future : ) After spending time with the C1: CIG has done a great job with the Spirit series - I feel it is some of their best work to date! Has great in Atmo and Space performance, good layout, smooth sleek lines and fantastic lighting - the back gate LED highlighting for the ramp area feels like we need all the ships to work this way! For interior, the C1 meets the primary needs, solid cockpit view, good seating, sleeping areas, solid cargo capacity for its class and a movable tractor beam turret that can grab material and carefully place it inside is really helpful. If there was anything to add, having an airlock, second point of entry would be helpful, also the wings being able to fold up so it can be stored on the deck more efficiently. The one item that easily gets overlooked is Value, bang for the buck it offers a lot of value and a great upgrade option for most Starter ships! Thanks again to CIG with the ship pipeline team for such a great ship, looking forward to their future releases!

I’m a teen at school, can’t justify spending the money on the C1 when I’m currently rocking an Avenger Titan. It’s my favourite ship and i really want to get more into Star Citizen like my friend, but I find the Titan too small to really enjoy my time

Zane's ship was the smallest and the worst of them all, a tiny shuttle that could barely fit him and his cargo. He had named it the Sparrow, hoping to give it some charm and personality, but it was more like a tin can with wings. Zane hated his job, but he had no choice. He needed the money to pay off his debts, and he had no other skills or qualifications. He had tried to apply for a better position at a bigger company, but he was rejected every time. I have been struggling, to find a good daily driver ship. And the C1 actually seems perfect, with the decent firepower, hangar space and tractor beam!

When I first started playing space games it was on elite dangerous. I can remember at the time of playing elite dangerous on the Xbox, you where the RU-vid guy to follow and had even joined your discord. Last year I set out to build my very first PC and being able to play SC was one of my requirements I had for it when I started being parts. Took 6 months to get all my PC parts and now I have my own PC. Playing SC is going to be a lot of fun even though I'm still new to the game, a C1 would make it a lot more fun.

I'd love to win this ship for my brother. He's a drake pilot so naturally, I fear for his safety. His imminent death weighs heavily on me because he has 5 mouths to feed. Won't someone think of the children?. So that's my story and I'm sticking too it.

I've been subscribed to you for years after learning the ropes about Elite Dangerous from your glorious best start videos and my favourite vid, the best to worst ships list. I'd quite like to have the C1 spirit because I'd like to fly in the same ship as my brother. We both tried to fly in a Krait Mk.11 after watching your ED vids but multicrew was a janky mess back then and we had equipped turrets for it too. We didn't have a good time against PVE and got ganked. Fun times for all haha. This would be a good way to get to multicrew out way to Pyro and get ganked to shizznit all over again. Glad to see your are still making vids regardless, entertaining as always.

What's my story. Kids screaming in the background, cats trying to climb the Christmas tree, dog just puked up a cat toy and the Mrs. just locked herself in her office. My only choice log into the verse, and live the life of the space trucker and move these crates.

I desperately need a new C1! My current cargo ship is so outdated that even space pirates have started turning up their noses at it. I need the C1 to not just haul cargo but to haul my dignity back from the black hole of embarrassment my current ship has plunged me into. So grant me this interstellar upgrade and I promise to only use my newfound hauling prowess for good and maybe a few questionable cargo hauls for the right price...

I am a kind newish player. Started with 3.19 and i am totally impressed by this game. Now I try to get my brother into this game but he is difficult to convince. With a C1 on the other hand we could fit two ROCs into it. Thats maybe more convincing than starting with a Aurora. (sorry for my bad english)

It's hard to describe how many things would be done if I had got my hands on this ship. How many people I would help or kill, how many cargo would be delivered or stolen, how much money would be earned, or lost on repair. Whit as flexible ship as spirit, I could do everything in the verse.

In the vast reaches of the Stanton system, that's where I, Paniko, found myself caught up in a wild tale, chasing after the legendary C1, the ship that sparked countless dreams among pilots in the Star Citizen universe. So, there I was, facing off against my formidable rival, Zara Nova. The race unfolded amidst the icy canyons of MicroTech, where the winds howled like a cosmic symphony. My ship, the Nebula Skimmer, shot forward like a comet, with Zara's Quantum Phantom hot on my tail. As we weaved through the treacherous canyons, I couldn't resist a bit of banter over the comm channels. "Hope you brought your thermal undies, Zara! These canyons are colder than a Vanduul's stare hahaha yes I laugh at my own jokes," I quipped. Zara, always quick with a retort, shot back, "I'll take warmth over your hot air any day, Paniko!" The tension built as we approached the Crystal Arch, a notorious stretch that could make or break a racer. I skillfully navigated my way through, leaving Zara trailing behind. Victory was within reach until a quantum anomaly threw my ship off course. But hey, that's when the real fun began. Activating my ship's experimental "Gravitational Groove" thrusters, I surfed the gravitational waves, closing the gap. In a move that would make even the most seasoned pilots gasp, I pulled off a daring barrel roll, leaving Zara momentarily awestruck. As we breached the upper atmosphere of MicroTech, I hit the afterburners and soared across the finish line. The cheers and applause of onlookers filled the comm channels. I radioed Zara, "Looks like this freaking C1 given from Hawkes has found its rightful captain beacuse he sucks😅. Better luck next time." The Stanton system echoed with laughter and cheers, as my name became synonymous with triumph in the Star Citizen universe.

I need a C1 to compensate for Little Ship Syndrome. LSS is a very serious condition which plagues many pilots in the verse today. We've all been in that situation, your docking at Area 18 in your dinky little One Crew Vessel, while a beautiful shiny new 400i suddenly cuts you off. You barely manage to pull out of your descent, narrowly avoiding scratching the behemoth's paint (something you know would totally bankrupt you!). As the sleek white expanse slides by your viewport, you can't help but feel the crippling beginnings of LSS. Wait.. is that a 400i.. no it's a goddam 600i.. Ugh!!. The pain worsens, and what's that over there, A Reclaimer??? Gods the pain!!! So save a poor soul from LSS today by letting this poor humble pilot win a C1. It won't completely prevent LSS, but it will go a long way towards easing the pain.

I was once a happily married man who enjoyed his work running cargo and rescuing stranded Citizens throughout the sectors of Stanton. It was all beautiful and fulfilling, bringing home new niknaxs for my daughter. That was until I surprised my wife with an early visit and found her with a Med-bed technician. With the aid of her new fling's deep pockets and connections, I came out on the losing end of the divorce and lost custody of my little angel. She basically took the whole damn planet in the divorce. With little to nothing left, but my bones, I took out a loan with some shady people for a used Cutty Black, just to find out that the engines would pop off on every other takeoff. All the ducktape and zip ties in world won't hold these thing on. With child support for my little angel mounting, and goons from my "loan office" threatening to break my bones, I'm in need of a swing in the luck department. I side hussle as a food vendor, but selling these double dogs won't make me the scratch that I need to show my angel I'm worth a damn, and prove to myself that I can start a new. Until then, time to fire up the grill!

don't need it for myself but i'd give the gift link to a mate who played during some freefly events but always hesitated to purchase a game package because the experience was...not the best to say the least due to performance being garbage at worst during those times^^ this way he could at least play during regular times where the servers aren't basically "stresstested" ^^

I didn't explicitly buy a C1. I bought CCU chains for an E1 and an A1. Once the A1 was flyable, I applied that. Now that the C1 is flyable, I filled in the E1's chain to that point. Funny story, the ship used for filming most of this video appears to be the one used by a mercenary earlier this year as he was hunting for Jax. Huston authorities apprehended the merc and confiscated the ship as Jax was passing out in a local bar. Not sure how the ship ended up here...
