Installing glueless pinch style weather stripping for the door jambs in the C10 and a basic week in the shop. Nothing too exciting, but I felt like I needed to get a video out even if it was showing a normal week of shop activities.
Leave that gap at the bottom. It helps air pressure escape when you got your windows up and close your doors. It actaly recomends that in the assembly manual I got
Curt, you had never shown us much of a close up of the bottom inside corner of the new left door. Off the top of my head and bolted in it's proper place, I believe you left me with a feeling it was cut completely though. If this was the case and tape down a a filler, make some play dough! Press it out even and flat in the corners follow by the cut out. Tape the inside and open the door! This should show the thickness or lack there is. Measure the good right side and place play dough that thickness, close the door and measure! Just a thought. I am a dog love but unfortunately life changes. 5 years ago, + 30 days, I have 30 feet of public 6'6" tall fence that meets the public sidewalk where he barked a passer-by, he was poisoned at age 8 , 60 days before his 9th birthday because he had with one eye, no one wanted this pup. He and I bonded fast then this happened, 8 years later. Athletic, happy, running to the back yard to catch the tennis ball. He was hot, needed water, could walk and just lay on the cold March ground and lasted 2 days My country VET lady was very nice but I think she knew when I brought had new blood analysis machine. I turn 65, pain back pain is getting new down, bad. I ran to get parts because of flat rate at dealer, couldn't do that anymore. I just wanted my 67 C10. Try some play dough as a measuring tool. Put on a happy technician's face! DK.
