Don’t forget your foam seals under those center AC vents and I was surprised you didn’t have the little bumpers between the lens and the gauges. Maybe that was something added later. I forgot to put them back at first and my lens rattled a little
hmmm interesting! thanks for the tip! :) I didn't see any bumpers. it (the lens) appears tight. if i drive down the road and it ever rattles now i know what to do LOL much appreciated - cheers!
@@3amfoghorngearhead791 I think I have a pic of them but can’t see how to post a pic on here LOL I’ve never come across them on one of the sites but the foam seals you can easily get so that all your air is coming thru the vents and not over and under them 😉
every single video i find here DOES NOT show how to remove the gauge cluster, always shown already out. i am having a really hard time getting the gauge cluster removed so i can switch my radio. i tried removing the center console but i am having a hard time it wont move and i am afraid it will break if i force. any help would be appreciated.
sure i hope i can help... so there are 2 hidden small bolts under the radio. they are where the center console meets the gauge cluster face plate. the other screws holding the gauge cluster are 'in the open' (or rather more visible) it's difficult to get to the 2 under the radio connecting the console. those are the 2 ppl get hung up on or simply don't see. make sure you disconnect your battery as this is dealing with the electrical connection.
and also to go with my other comment.... you may need to remove the side of the center console to get to the 2 screws under radio. the screws for my side panels for console are in the carpet and there are 3 of them (screws) towards front of panel / center / back of panel behind seat
@@adrianokimura7390 no, there should be 1 towards the front, 2nd in the middle and 3rd if you lay the seat back down. you should be able to access all 3 without removing he seat. they are buried in the carpet
