c48 no longer composes for the game, other game composers have left their pieces since microsoft doesn't want to give royalties to the man anymore, they're getting other artists more willing to sell their work and not ask for much back. In fact pig step was composed by the musician from Celeste, an indie game, and two other have left their mark on it, but c48 is gone, at most I believe he works in sound design and even then I don't know if that still holds to this day (sorry my one isn't working like at all)
