I have a 2013 Grand Sport and it’s easily the best car I’ve had. I daily drive it here in New England and have put over 10k miles on since I bought it last December, including 2 autocross days. Its fun, comfortable, practical, turns heads everywhere it goes and hasn’t missed a beat. Long live round tail lights.
Nice vid. My fav gen Corvette is C6 it’s just a gorgeous ride. I’ve been tryin to buy a GS for years but at the right price. Thanks for the pros and cons.
Cam. Congrats on first sponsor. Your channel is the only C6 LS3 channel I follow. I’m sold on the ls3 c6 also & it’s in my sights for a future purchase.
You're right about the C6 being a great car...you're also right about the interior. Really the only thing I dislike about mine is the constant stream of creaking sounds that I get on rougher roads. I've done a number of fixes however the build quality of those parts is just not up to the rest of the car. I've owned a C3, a C5, and now the C6. The C6 is easily the best bang for the buck. Keep the videos coming.
Great job my man your presentation is right on point I'm in the market for a Corvette and you get right to the point I'm a big advocate for American muscle no electricity here keep up the good work you did a great job just be careful speeding I once heard cars like this don't have to drive fast everybody knows it's fast even though people tempt you be careful great job once again 🙏💪👍😎🇺🇲
Just sold a 2016 C7 nite race blue 7 spd convert with 10k miles for several thousand more than I paid. .. I found a 2008 C6 coupe, auto, Z51, atomic orange w/blk interior with only 4068 miles. Car drives and rides good..also has the npp exhaust and both tops, Best thing, car is Bowling Green fresh, no mods of any kind.
I just installed a Texas Speed Stage 2 cam and absolutely love it! You can get the whole kit which includes new valve springs, retainers and pushrods. I would also do the reunion upgrade while your in there because they are known to fail
I just purchased my "Plastic Fantastic" three weeks ago... I got a '08 3LT black convertible for $32,000 out the door... It only had 33,500ish miles on it... I love it and I was also amazed at the MPG's too... I'm getting about an avg 24ish MPGs combined highway/city...
@@CamMarz Hi I had a quick question about the C6... When I'm at a stop light and at idle, does the engine seem to kinda shake your car if that makes sense??? I got the car checked out by the dealership and all checked out ok... I think its because I am coming from a '03 V6 mustang and well it could be I'm just not use to a big V8 in a small/light car
@@matthewfeatherston8982 I don't believe that was the case when my car was stock, I have a big cam in the car now so it does shake a lot at idle. In your case if the car is not cammed, the first thing I would check is your motor mounts. Hope that helps
Hell yeah can’t wait for the cam and can’t wait to get mine im gonna do headlights, taillights, side markers, radio, e85 flex fuel kit headers tune and keep the npp for a while till I get a corsa catback then cam& stall will be after that and should be done after that but I think you should hit up Texas Speed and Performance for your cam and supporting mods
I see a lot of Vette owners go that route, I also notice they seem to be very high lift as well though, so kinda want to avoid unnecessary lift if possible... But still researching!
Yep that’s right that’s a nice vet, I been looking for one and found a 2015 but it cost 51 grand and then it had some issues with a vibration in the gear box so I pass it off they cost to much used
skip the cam and put an A&A supercharger on it. better drive-ability, gas mileage and way more power for a few more dollars. cam, e 85 and pulley when the supercharger isn't enough anymore, or the wallet heals!
