@Paul2.4T the LT cam sounds like any other car, I have a 19 GS, it's smooth like my wife's camry. This is when you want it loud. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-rsIf3VJnifA.htmlsi=kiE-ekAoEZiGSJPZ
@@carlb86 thats great. Beautiful car and sounds amazing. Prices are still ridiculously high (70 for GS and 80 for zo6) when I look within a 250mi radius… so I’m hoping they get back down around winter time. I def want this blue since it’s the same color as my built wrx haha. But my second choice is silver since it’s an easy color to maintain lol.
Wickerbill, duckbill, I think there are a lot of name for these stage 2 aero winglets that bolt onto the rear deck lid. Basically they are wing extensions. The stage 3 fully connects the center with the side wickers. More drag, but more down force.
@@carlb86 for emissions, I know you can get catted xpipe or non-catted “off-road” xpipe. If you can’t smell a sulfur smell at idle you might still have them in, was curious cause they can really affect the sound
@@AnthonyGonzalez-Sanchez that's probably this car, the heritage stripe was removed. It has the Oracle side markers and kooks setup. Was about 10k-11k miles at purchase. Only thing I've done was tune and align it for road course. Catch can. Maintenance.
With this setup, how is the drone compared to stock or volume on the inside? Of course I’d imagine it’ll be louder on the inside when you have it in sport or track cause of the npp valves but what if you are just in touring or you set the engine sound management to “stealth” comparative to just stock npp and stock header?
In touring there is a slight audible difference, but in my opinion is nearly silent in terms of interstate drone. There is far more drone from the rear tires than exhaust.
@@ispotforyou Thanks, I considered a USB mic with a windsock that I use on my GoPro for track days. This turned out well enough that I didn't try to mess with it.
@@carlb86 since you said you recorded with a phone, it confirms my thought that the sound from a phone is often way better than external mic. Phone mic brings that bass and that "reverb" which make you feel like you were just behind the car you see? External mic make the sound too compressed or too shy to me, it doesnt bring that naturel feel of beeing here in the video. That was my thoughts ahah. Anyway i wish i had a corvette like your one day!
