I have been in Celldömölk, Tapolca. Sümeg, Balatongyörök and Keszthely back in 1995 and 1996. I've watched the trains passing Balatongyörök so many times. It still is very beautiful there 🙂

Was in august this year in the area, drove from Keszthely to Sopron on the road 84, that goes parallel with this railway. However, I drove in the other direction, and the views from the train cab are quite different, so I enjoyed your video a lot. Thanks for sharing it, greetings from a road tripper from Germany!

Janoshaza, Nemeskeresztür, Ukk have electronic interlocking, build by me year 2008. I love this country. Also the line Hodos - Ukk is build by myself with interlocking from Alcatel/THALES.
Zalaegerszeg Hodos and Szomabthely-Szentgotthard are renovated and refurbished MAV railway lines! Electrification is recent on these lines! i remember i was in Nagykanisza in 2012 and the railway had diesel-engine trains! From Hodos and Murska Sobota the railway is now electrified, and so u can reach Budapest or Gyor from Ljubliana, without crossing Croatia with IC trains. I remember line from Pragersko to Maribor was in the process of being electrified some years ago. Now i think it has been refurnished. Now, on the paper, u can link Slovenia and Hungary without crossing Balaton main line from Zagreb to Gyekenyees and Budapest, railway line that you showed us in a previous video, especially in the Zagreb-Krizevci section! Thank for your Work. Another line if u return in Hungary it could be Budapest- Szolnok- Debrecen - Zahony, that is the main line from Budapest to Eastern Side of the Hungary. Thanks to the fact that it is a flat country for the majority of its territory, Hungary has a dense network of railway lines that are quite interconnected with each other. BRAVO DAVID! i would give u the Railway Oscar Award for these videos.

Line south from Keszthely is already electrified, electrification of remaining part of circle around Balaton (north from Keszthely via Tapolca to Balatonfured) is planned, together with this segment to Ukk.

Scusami, le riprese video sono sempre ottime, ma i video sulle ferrovie ungheresi non mi entusiasmano. Paesaggio monotono e caratteristiche tecniche delle linee antiquate. Tu sei bravissimo e ti faccio comunque i complimenti.
Dobbiamo vergognarci di noi stessi perché trovate il paesaggio noioso? È colpa nostra se in questa parte del mondo non ci sono alte montagne, castelli che raggiungono il cielo e panorami all'altezza? Questo è un canale sulle ferrovie, non un video turistico. Siete fortunati che l'Italia abbia sede in un luogo geograficamente bellissimo, ma questo non significa che dobbiate insultare altri Paesi per la loro geografia...
