They still wouldn't change. Most exhibit a large number of the 20 personality traits listed on the psychopath test. CAT scans show little activity in the frontal lobe of psychopaths, the part of the brain believed to govern empathy, conscience, morals, etc. Consequently Boris, Braverman, Patel, etc will never feel empathy or have a conscience because that part of their brain simply doesn't work. The best way to think of a psychopath is as the ultimate in selfishness. They only care about themselves and will always do whatever they think is best for them as long as they think they can get away with it. They simply don't care if anyone else is harmed as a consequence. Until we start testing our leaders for serious personality disorders we will keep getting such people in charge. Other current and recent world leaders displaying a large number of psychopathic traits include: Putin, Trump, Kim Jong Un, Bolsonairo of Brazil, Vicktor Orban of Hungary, Erdogan of Turkey, Modi of India and several others. No wonder the world has gone to shit. It gets worse. 1% of the population are thought to be psycho[paths. Amongst CEOs of major companies this rises to a staggering 25%. Psychopaths are insecure, so have a need to get control and power and having no conscience will do anything to get to the top. Once you realise that it suddenly makes sense why big corporations act as they do, denying climate change, polluting the environment, law breaking, corruption, exploiting people for profit, treating employees like shit, etc.

If they need some help, they can write to their utterly incompetent local MP to get a vanilla response from an under appreciated half-wit work experience kid sending best wishes and bad advice like the rest of us. They can then turn to the charities they've praised for being made up of wonderful people, contributing to their local -commun-ities and be told they have to go through a the bureaucratic nightmare created by the Tories and end up with barely any help, stretched over such a long time frame that by the time the help's helping, they've completely forgotten what they needed help with in the first place .... just like the rest of us. Hopefully all that fails and a sadistic offshoot of a sadistic idea I've previously had could be become a reality .... Big Brother prison, where influential, narcissistic, sadistic and souless "people" are all housed in the same place for the rest of their lives, while every second of the remainder of their existence is streamed to the internet for the rest of us to watch them make each other utterly miserable living with people treating them the way they treat people.
