Standing side on to a low cable pulley, grasp the stirrup attachment with one hand. This will make your body lean towards the cable machine.
Pull the stirrup up by bending sideways through the waist so your torso moves away from the pulley. Lower the stirrup by leaning your torso back towards the pulley.
Tip: Make sure your body stays in the one plane. That you are just bending side to side - do not lean forward or backwards.
