Today we went on a full on cabrito tour, tasting some of the best Mexico street food and cabrito in Monterrey. Cabrito is one of the most popular Mexican foods in Monterrey and something you must try when you visit the city.
Cabrito, a whole roasted baby goat, is cooked without any seasoning to get the tastiest, most delicious and flavourful meat you can find. Grilled slowly, this is one Mexican street food we were so excited to try. As the number one food to eat in Monterrey, cabrito is the king of Mexico street food.
