If you are searching for something new, you are at the right place.
This video, is about one of the most spectacular K Series BMW I have ever seen.
Because it uses LED light technology, like no one else has ever tried.
It is based on a BMW K1100 LT, and it became an amazing Cafe Racer project.
It was built by Mitch Witkamp, from EUA.

I think one could argue this bike is actually the antithesis of a cafe racer: it was made more complicated and busy looking; definitely not stripped down simplicity. Nonetheless, a lot of thought and skill went into this machine. That exhaust manifold is somewhat overwhelming and if this bike was mine I would have to call it "Medusa".

Another very impressive build. The craftsmanship is outstanding. Artistically bold and in your face design. Mitch certainly deserves much fanfare from this build. This is an incredible build. I have total respect for the builders patience and tenacity. He has achieved a brilliant and very well engineered bike and has learnt new skills along the way. Upon seeing this bike lit up in the dark, visions if Tron swirl about in the air. With his lack of experience and proper machinery, this beautiful handcrafted machine is far beyond a street bike, it is pure art. All of the acryilic panels, backlit with leds, the minute details that you have to look for, just go to show his genious. As for the exhaust pipes, the segmented style invoke the images of powerful talons of a great predatory bird, and the sound of them futher gives the beastial nature of his design. I fir one would like to see more if his work in the future featured in this channel. In the pantheon of custom builders in the world, he is definately chomping at the heels of greatness..

It is indeed a motorcycle that has to be seen to be believed. It's not that I'm a big fan of LED lighting, but this work uses it in a way that forces us to look for solutions with this technology that is here to stay. As for the construction process itself, it makes the old shoebox something light and dynamic. I love the sound that exhaust makes. the word would be: surprising

Logo no minuto 01:00, acho que muitos pensaram que era mais uma K100 da Retrorides.. 😄 A primeira coisa que vi nesse construtor, se posso chama-lo, foi bom gosto: independente do estilo abordado na customização, o resultado é bom.. e por mais chamativa que seja as soluções, elas casam tão bem com a proposta que não consegui achar exagerado.. e olha que sou minimalista e do time do "quanto mais sóbrio melhor". Se há algo que fiquei em dúvida, foram esses coletores de escape: sempre fui fã dessas curvas seccionadas mas aqui, nessa proposta futurista, possivelmente eu optaria por algo mais reto e direto.. e talvez o titânio ainda me proporcionasse o efeito chamativo desejado 😄 Bom, fim do ano, posso dizer que essa é o meu primeiro lugar do top 10 desse ano: nem tanto pelo design em absoluto, já que não é meu estilo favorito, mas a inventividade e o esmero desse construtor aos meus olhos é plenamente merecedor de tal posição. No mais, bom fim de ano para você e familia, amigo Vitor.. abraço e até a próxima.

projeto maravilhoso, adorei a postura da moto, o quanto a frente dela é equilibrado e bem encaixado, e todo o sistema de escape com essas curvas, mas confesso que PRA MIM , ela "brilha" a luz do dia. Toda essa iluminação é de gosto beeeeem duvidoso. Essa parte do projeto eu descarto. Mas no geral, excelente trabalho do construtor.

Lights can be turned off by a switch in the bars. But where I am from, no problem running white lights.

Unfortunately, the XS project is still on the same spot. On the other hand, I made some improvements on the design. Especially on the side covers. They are almost perfect, but still need some adjustments. I also changed the seat color, from black to a very dark Brown leather, with a tiny touch of red. After experimenting this on some renders, I found that having a bit of color on the project , improves the overall look. :) Thank you for asking. :) Cheers.

#4 cylinder's header is wrapped twice around #1 header to get extra length.

@@RACER_TV I can completely appreciate handmade and the workmanship that goes into it. In fact, I have a little side business which produces little motorcycle inspired push bikes for kids (hence my profile pic) and made the firsth batch by hand….it was bloody hard work. But after I designed it in a CAD program and saw the perfection of that first machine cut bike I could never go back 😊 Handmade is great for prototyping but ultimately I want perfection, lol. But I don’t mean to disrespect this great build and talented creator ✌🏻
