Simply love the symmetry of the bike, the way the exhausts line pass by engine head, and flow inside the frame, ending under the seat, it's a dedicated work, only a violin maker could take the time and patience to do it, like the effort he puts in is violins. The blend between old and new style, the front cover with modern look, without taking to much focus on it. The curve line of the tank, seems to say - "Please lean forward on me, and lets take the road, just for our self's." Awesome bike. Abraço.

Probably the reason why it wasn't more successful it's because you(the viewer) doesn't understand the beauty in simplicity, and all the effort of the creator on picking the engine from a bike, the frame from other bike, and making it extraordinaire. Abraço.

Certainly got the lines right! I raced a 850 Commando in Post Classic Historic MC and she was a struggle to ride with the Isolastic engine mounts Norton introduced but this is the frame Norton should have designed.
Just wondering, what class would this bike be raced in and what engine work has been carried out? Are there any race results for the bike? The problem with the beautiful Peter Williams replica JPNs was that they had no class to race in and they are based on the far better 750cc engine.

You are right. And the proof of that, is the high price asked in United States for the number 1 norton Ala Verda. Something like 70 thousand dollars. It realy depends on the viewpoint of the buyer.Thanks for sharing your opinion.
Hi Timo. When i saw the price of this Norton, i thought exactly the same. But considering that this is only a race bike, it has some limitations. RACER TV Well u cud get a bike that has same or similar frame that has papers and put the frame number to that 20K bike :) then u cud drive it on the roads :P
