1 question, why do you press so hard on the coffee when making the espresso? I was told that it shouldn’t be pressed too hard. Which one is right please?

Ohhh it's not to hard, I just press it 1time with 15kg to 18kg of pressed on the ground coffee. Thank for watching.😍
