Buddy's sisters were obnoxious: swarming around the shop, picking dresses, willy nilly, telling Lisa what type of dress she "should" wear. Randy handled it with tact & grace, championing Lisa. Bravo!

FINALLY, a bride who ignores everyone else and gets what SHE wants.

Randy shares half the blame for the fiasco with Grace. He could have just not gone with her to get dresses off the rack and she didn't find a dressing room all by herself; he - or somebody - gave her access. Inexcusable!!

That was so awkward, OMG! But I'm glad she enforced that boundary; get your own appointment and I'll come with you then! Also, her mom was very sweet to peek in and support her in the selection of the dress she liked. She looked gorgeous!

It was crazy that the sister in law would try a wedding dress on! That was extremely rude and uncalled for! His wife picked the right dress. The lace was gorgeous. Just enough sparkle for a vow renewal. Brides shouldn’t take to many people to the bridal shop. No way could you get everybody to agree. The only one to please is your husband.

The one thing I actually noticed was that her daughter was very unhappy with the dress she picked.

So many times we see brides depressed because of the opinions being thrown at her but come on, it's not like SHE designed the gowns that others say don't look good on her. That said, there's a nice way of telling a bride who's swept up in the romantic portion of gown shopping that something doesn't look good on her. But, the fact is, honest people are the best ones to bring to these appointments. THEY are the ones who will UP the chances of people not snickering behind the bride's back. The just have to learn the art of tact.
