Hi guys,

Today’s video is another Instagram cake trend, a beautiful buttercream cake with a spatula technique and an Isomalt sail cake topper. I wanted to use fall colours ! This cake is perfect for a wedding cake and so easy to make. Don’t forget also to have a look down below for the buttercream recipe that I use in my videos.

Hi I tried this exact topper n after three tries it came out beautiful. I left it out overnight to put on my cake n realized that it looked like it started melting (air bubbles) n the colour started to fade n a white stuff appeared on it. So wondering how long does it remain without fading

Fantastic as always! I love those colors. I have a question why is my topper sticky and also after two days it's become cloudy not clear anymore. is anything I can do? Thanks

isomalt is a form of sugar so sometimes the stickyness happens, depending also on your room temperature . the cloudyness also can happen with the type you buy. I always make my toppers 1 day in advance
