Asssalmlkium veena sister I love your recipe. And please tell me ..its important to use unsalted butter in cream because in India people don't love unsalted butter so tell me

I like to use unsalted butter but if salted is all yo u have - go ahead and use it. Omit salt in your recipes. You are serving your customers, friends and family. If you guys like salted butter, you should use salted butter.
