Actually some people are just dominant in that finger my father is he reads using it and I am to I point with it sometimes and I don’t even realize I’m using that finger but I do get your joke and it’s really funny 😂
i love how personal this dude is. every bideo hes in hes like "i dont know why" "my favorite" "i wonder why" like, im so glad we can actually relate with him
Trent Cox You'd be surprised. I had a friend who worked at a place that made peppermint patties. He was told he could eat as much as he wanted. It was fun for the first few days, then never wanted to see another peppermint patty again...
the camera man told them to do it again, and then when he brought it to the production team to edit they used the middle finger one just for laughs (this is not confirmed just what i think happened)
"Each one bursting with sprinkles, of every color of the rainbow!" "And brown..." "I'm not sure they have chocolate in a rainbow..." "Nice idea though!"

I'm half convinced this man is, or is possibly related to, Michael Rosen
this is why u gotta appreciate the little things in life, even the tiny colored toppings put on food, because there was a lot of effort for these small comforts just so u can look at some cute lil sprinkles. i love sprinkles
Komander Sya Hana i watched how sundae cups are made, now this. Thinking of driving to the store, 28 miles, in a blizzard, 1:30 a.m. these here internetz are double edged
As an engineer myself, I can only wonder how much creativity to do stuff like the bit where they just pour the sprinkles to fill the bottle, and then blow the excess out. I'd have used a scale and such, which would've been much more expensive
I've worked with on production lines with these machines, they're entirely custom made built to the exact specifications of the factory's requirements. A company that designs and builds these line machines will never install the same one twice. They're amazing things and incredibly complex but once you learn their inner workings they're not too complicated.
I have worked on many machines such as this and let me tell you it’s not child’s play. We have a hard time getting them to work and then there is maintenance. But it’s not really that complex no.
@@flyingace1234 A scale is often used to verify adequate quantity (so it's a good idea and not expensive at all), but in this case, the jet of air is to make sure the lid can screw on properly. I expect that a lot of math (volume/shape/friction/mass of sprinkle vs bottle, volume/velocity of the air jet, etc), then testing, was used to figure out how to ensure enough sprinkles are in each container. Probably took more time in the design phase, but seems really efficient in practice, so I bet it was worth it. I wanted to work with and design machines like this, but burnout hit hard shortly after graduating, so plans have changed. 😁
I wouldn’t be able to keep this job for more than a day. I’d take one look at the mixer with all of the colors, stick my head in, and just start eating. These videos make me hungry.
@Discovery UK - Wow this is soooo cool to see how sprinkles are made! I always wondered how they were CUT to size. They are not cut to size but thru drying, breaking thru tumbling and filtering is the final product achieved. Thanks for posting this! Live and learn! :)
I favor the rainbow ones. However the backstory to your favorite sir is quite interesting. Can you imagine growing up in a time before factories and such where most of this was done by hand? I always look back in time like that a different time frame where kids eyes would light up at every new creation especially if I came to candy of any sort. Lol.
After I retired in 2003 I found myself loving to cook and bake. Never saw that one coming. I really love the short to the point videos on Discovery UK and I enjoy the narrator's voice. Very likeable. Shalom
Because he pushed a button. I'll have you know that the video was probably made in the UK. In the UK, they have different hand gestures for "Fuck you". Even YOU should know that. If you don't, I have no hope in you learning.
To be honest with how much gets tossed about I wouldn't be surprised if they had some sort of bucket or something under the belt to catch and recycle the majority of any fallen sprinkles. Like when they were bottling the sprinkles when it zooms out the conveyor belt looks like it was passing through a rotating barrel which Im assuming is ment to catch the leftovers of that sprinkle waterfall.
by whole process you mean it just collects in a bucket and someone dumps it on a conveyer like they do with all the other sprinkles? yeah, real pain in the ass.
Nuke my father and three brothers runs a sprinkle company and factory and ever since I was little I Remember the sprinkle rocks lol they are giants chunks of sprinkle waste the machines produces and it cannot be reused.
I feel like we hear so many common jobs like “nurse, doctor, office work, Walmart” and then you forget that someone out there’s answer is “cupcake sprinkle maker”
ME too. :) Wow this is soooo cool to see how sprinkles are made! I always wondered how they were CUT to size. They are not cut to size but thru drying, breaking thru tumbling and filtering is the final product achieved. Thanks for posting this! Live and learn! :)
Most food factories are clean at night when production has stopped. That is also when some machines are repaired or checked on. Also on weekends is when a lot of prevention repairs are done.
