I assume you mean returns as of a certain date? Really all you would need to do is change the dates; the process would be the same.

@@h2e What if it's for day-to-day % changes for the entire year and then I want to compare it to all the other past years? Would that be similar?

You can modify the date argument. For example, this formula would get AAPL's high, low, close, open and volume for Sept 30: =GOOGLEFINANCE("AAPL","all","9/30/2022") If you wanted to go back 30 days, you could use something like today()-30 instead of the date: =GOOGLEFINANCE("AAPL","all",today()-30)
