The chief / sheriff of any department who keeps an officer on once it is known that they are abusive is basically saying "I take 100% responsibility for any further harm this officer may my impose on citizens." Bryan Bailey should be facing the same charges as his team up to and including detention, civil penalties, loss of employment, loss of retirement nothing is off the table. Until the higher ups start being held accountable for keeping bad apples on their payroll nothing is going to change. And we need change.

I feel as he should resign, at one time or another he have heard negative things about one of those officers and I just believe it was overlooked and ignored, if he say the ones over the officers didn’t report it then they should lose their jobs as well, these are people lives that could have ended by his officers under his watch.
