I was at this concert but didn’t really it was recorded until it popped into my stream today. Such a great show and Sam is such a dork...a wonderful performer, songwriter and probably my biggest musical inspiration but a dork none the less. I didn’t know we were in the same club until this show.

Dork like as in socially awkward? Weirdo? I’m an introvert songwriter and when I’ve performed it can be damn awkward haha. I imagine I’d handle that awkwardness in a Similar way that he does 😂

I've seen plenty of mid-show beer drinkers, even some mid-show liquor beverages... I think Sam Beam is the first performer I've ever seen go at a glass of red wine in the middle of a 6+ piece show (32:30)

He does! I saw an interview with him once where someone asked him about selling out because his song was in a commercial, and he was like, "I have 4 kids to send to college, I don't have time to worry about Ellington out, I need to get paid. "

What’s that badass guitar the lead (Joey Burns?) is playing on the second tune? I can’t make out the name. Does anybody know? It’s the cream colored one with all the knobs in a row on top.
