Calgary Flames Reverse Retro Jersey! 

Calgary Flames: Blasty finally makes his return, and it looks damn good. They simplified the old jersey a little bit, and it looks pretty good. I’m also a fan of how the shoulder patch is the same color as the numbers. 9/10

This should be the new alternate, hands down best flames jersey of all time.

i actually think the striping for this jersey works. it looks a lot better to me without the red on the bottom. just my opinion

this is epic. looks better with the all black as opposed to the red bottom.....this logo is nostalgic to me. calgary was one of my favorite teams as a kid. i've seen three nhl games live and two were flames games in calgary and this was their regular jersey at the time. 10/10

I absolutely love this jersey it is amazing!!! This will most likely be the jersey I buy right away from this release with Tkachuk on the back. I think the black looks better than the original red on the bottom I think it looks great

The way they could fix this jersey is use the thick red stripe on both sides of the thin yellow stripe; that way the red is more pronounced and it looks less like the Canucks jersey. Similar to the Stars jersey.

I like this jersey overall...I love Blasty...glad they brought it back...I also like the white C shoulder patches a lot...I’m not too big on the striping though...but overall I like it...

Very clean! I remember when the NHL announced that Adidas was taking over jerseys and all the rumors of ads on jerseys and how it’s going to be terrible but I think Adidas is the best thing that could’ve happened to the NHL

As a Calgary fan I am so happy they brought blasty back. The marketing director said in a interview if this sells well we could see more blasty in the future. I personally do like the jersey the striping is a little bit awkward. I understand the colors are similar to the canucks jersey but don’t really care because it’s basically the original blasty with more black so it’s not like they are copying them. On one hand I’m happy the logo is the same but there are some concepts on reddit that show some white striping thrown on the jersey in a couple different ways that I really like and ties into the crest shoulder patch. Also may have been interesting to see a white horse head but that could of been really bad or really good. So definitely agree kinda of a miss but still a nice jersey and already ordered one! Gotta show support to see future blasty

Gotta agree with you Neil, I prefered the old jersey, as was often the case in this reverse retro series. I'll admit though, the crasftmanship on these Adidas jerseys is breathtaking.

This is in my top 3 along with Anaheim’s and Florida’s jerseys.

Looks too much like Vancouver for me, I completely agree with Neil.

Calgary gets it. Give people something different and dated. NYI were too scared to be weird. The Flames went for it. I get your comparison to the VAN jersey, but black blastey is damn fun. 9/10

The bulk of the jersey should be red IMO, that would be a true reverse retro from the original. I feel like Calgary missed out with this one.

I dont mind this one, its not one of my favorites but it do like it. The black looks good and I like that they took the red off the bottom. Its a B from me.

I’m torn on this jersey, I absolutely love the logo and color, but I’m not a fan of the striping, not for the same reason as you. I really wish there was some white in the striping, if they did that it may be my favorite retroverse, now despite this, I’m still a big fan and will be getting it

Hey Neil has there been any close up looks at these Jerseys My past experience with fanatics has been disappointing with the logo's and quality is there anything on if the logos and names are stitched or twill or flat printed then stitched??? On the first look I really liked the jersey but the more I see it less I like it. 6/10

I always Thought it was Great Logo on a bad Jersey. And my opinion hasn't been changed by this Jersey.

Always prefered this version than the boring burning C... But again the original as the Rangers version were way better with more red.

This hurts a little. The striping on the New Jersey by the stomach reminds me of the classic retro Vancouver colours. I don’t think using black as a primary colour was a good idea

Im not a fan of Blasty so i dont like it. I love the C flaming thats Calgary a place im dying to go btw to me. Also dying to go to Winnipeg and Edmonton and Wd love to see Broncos Game in Saskatoon.

Damn I miss 90's jerseys so much!!! They were baggy and cooler, now more and more straight with stupid collars... And killing logos (Panthers, Stars, Coyotes, etc.)

This was a lazy idea by whom ever design the jersey. All they did was take the red out of the bottom compared to the old flaming horse head version. It's a very nice looking jersey but just lazy design imo

I never like the original blasty jersey and this isn’t much better. The yellow and red stripes suck and the jersey is so plain. 4.5/10
