Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department was in pursuit of a reckless driver in the South Los Angeles area. California Highway Patrol took over the pursuit once the pursuit entered the Downtown Los Angeles area. The pursuit looped around and headed to El Segundo before eventually being spike stripped two times. The suspect came to a stop in Downtown Los Angeles. The vehicle was stolen.
