I loved how in this game, because of the limited technologies of the time, dead soldiers just ragdolled in a blocky and funny way. Man I miss this game so much.
Now we all know why Pierson was always riding us. Almost lost everything thanks to him ordering his platoon to make them think that reinforcements would arrive, but no one came. He should have abandon his trapped men, but didnt. But we couldnt blame Pierson for trying to be a hero. But then again, it's mostly his fault for losing a platoon that is very important for the military. And Turner still wasnt over it. Who knows if some of the soldiers told Pierson to just leave them?
00:20 this dude says his younger brother is a pilot. In the mission "Liberator" your character's younger brother is in a plane that's piloted by a man that has the same voice as this dude here. Which could means that this dude's younger brother knows your character's younger brother. Wow such detail. I never noticed that till now.
Stuart tanks were incredibly weak against German armour they where used in the Pacific but when the shermans came they where quickly replaced some saw action in North Africa with British and US forces but quickly replaced when the shermans came again because they where seriously our gunned they ended up being used as everything but combat vehicles.
Is it just me or does it seem that when they try to make character development(cod ww2) it turns out bad, but when they focus more on telling a story the characters are more memorable
I remember playing this game when it came out and felt that all of the characters all looked the same and couldn't point out any of them in battle. Also all were personally bland and I developed little to no emotion to them, unlike in COD WW2 (Turner's death).
Does anyone else find it strange that Italian infantry and M13/40 tanks are present in "Tankers", but not "Kasserine". The Italians made up a good portion of the enemy troops at the real battle. It's too bad there wasn't more of a mix in the rest of the North Africa Campaign in game.
The Germans and Italians don't appear together at the same time for the rest of the game. German Stukas and Panzers appear at Piano Lupo, but no German infantry. If you pay close attention when playing this level, you see can a mix of German and Italian troops, which is very historically accurate.
2:28 I cant help but imagine those men you shoot in the perspective of a COD campaign. Just imagine they were in that building "Ok sarge wants us to set positions up by the road ahead. The Americans will be heading this way with armor and infantry. Our job is to make sure they don't pass. MOVE OUT!" 2:30
@@justineallandevelos6491 No Panzerfausts were developed much earlier around the time of the invasion of the Soviet Union. The Panzerschreck came into service early 1945 hence why it's appearance in North Africa is anachronistic. That's why it'd be more fitting to have had Panzerfausts in these levels
@@The_GK1 uhhhhh....that is right since the earliest Panzerfaust usage was with the faustpatrones in 1942 but it seems they were mostly used in europe though
Questions still rise about how the Tiger got destroyed? 75mm cannot destroy frontal armor and you would need luck for side armor. Stuarts 57mm cant penetrate shit. "Top 10 questions scientists haven't answered"
That's a pretty fucking question. 57mm gun and its shitty ammo wasn't going to do much to even the thin side of the T1. If this was a realistic scenario, they'd blow off the tracks, panic the T1 crew (it's like a can in there and explosions makes it ring like a motherfucker) and maybe jam the turret ring at most.
BEST IN THE WORLD that's alright because as he says he held the pass till reinforcements came but they didn't so that means that the Germans ran over his defence not literally.
I remember some glitch happened to me here when i'm still riding the jeep, some random soldier suddenly ran across to our way and hit it like a ragdoll but we still keep going like nothing happen lmao
10:53 Nice job making me laugh after being thrown off that 75 from a tiger then hitting a fucking friendly Hahaha! Also what's with the random German at 13:56? Lol
The light tank would win because its fast so it has the advantage point but if it was a panther the panther would because its fast and has massive fire power
