my grandfather served in that war. I should the level to him to see what he fought. he started beating me. it was then I remembered that we're Vietnamese
***My Grandfather served in that war. I showed him the level to see what he thought. He started beating me. It was then when I remembered that we’re Vietnamese****your welcome
It’s not that they hated him but he was their handler for the CIA. They reject him because he’s the spook that is ‘responsible’ for the CIA missions but he’s still one of them so they defend him. It’s kind of like when you hate your boss but you know he’s just doing his job. Doesn’t make you like him but you understand why.
@venom snake Usa killed a million innocent vietnamese citizens included children, elders, vietcong soldiers so they're the good guys? Wow, I might agree that some american soldiers are good since they have no choice but forced to be in war but not all of them are good.
I got jump scared by this, that I was literally in a fight or flight response, that I don’t know what I was supposed to do, until I finally realized that I have to mash just one button, I was young at that time.
I remembered every detail about this mission from 9 years ago when i was 8-9 playing with my brother. That’s how good this game was and how gaming as a whole has gone downhill since. It’s actually sad to see this 😔
poor him,but poor for my people too :( USA attacked Vietnam and call it a civil war, murder, bomb miliion people . it is history , but it still hurt until now. And maybe he made hell in here too.
The most realistic CoD game by far. I served in the 67th Chairborne Division as a part of 0175C as an SSDG in 1984 off the USS Enterprise. The VC shot our ships to shit often more than not. We had a life expectancy of about 25 to life.
***** I think he meant historically as a portrayal of battles, not gameplay authenticity. But I have to admit 1 thing I hated in this game is how enemies dumn rush you without stopping while firing. It is ridiculous, especially on veteran. 10-20 dudes just keep moving only in your direction, don't stop and at the same time fire while running. It's like every enemy in the game is a Japanese banzai master.
Not gonna lie mason got some pretty life saving skill, when he took control of the car just for one move. They could have all died if he hasn't done that.
I would love to see a new Call of Duty title set entirely in the Vietnam War. I also think it would be interesting to see a Korean War title as well, as it has never really been done by any major franchise as far as I remember and would be quite interesting.
They were going to make vietnam war cod but they didnt finish it because infinity ward i think couldnt finish cod mw3 on time so they decided to help them and dont finish cod vientam war
Everyone is talking about wanting a ww2 game and while I'm definitely on board with that, I would be totally fine with another Vietnam or Afghanistan game like this or medal of honor 2010. The future isn't a timeline for cod anymore. I think they dragged that as far as they can go. Lets leave scifi to games like halo, crysis, doom, star wars, titanfall, etc.
I agree with you. There seems to be too many video games with a futuristic timeline. Although I still like today's call of duties(not as much as the older ones), it sure would be nice to see some variety in the timelines.
Why are we still arguing about the Vietnam war? that happened 40+ years ago, there's nothing we can do about that now. and most of the US soldiers weren't given the choice to fight.
Jepix X that's possibly the best representation I have ever heard of the Vietnam war summed up in those 8 words "yip kadoodle here's comes the US of A"
yeah but do you know what this is called? its ''War history'' we show it to Children in school so they know what happend that year for an example and then tell why it happend so it dont happen again idiot!
Honestly this is not a joke...my great grandfather was actually in this battle...yes khe sahn did happen, and my great grandfather almost died there...of course he's a tough basterd so he survived.
They Seriously need to make another Vietnam/or ww2 era Call of Duty. The futuristic games are played out, COD Halo Destiny Battlefront, its about time they made a new classic game, plus with the old weapons with the new consoles/graphics would be sick
+Keith Savvy It would cool to have a WW II in a few years especially if they did the Pacific campaign which is rare. I still prefer nam cause my M16 ;)
In my opinion, Fps video game developers should make more historical shooting games instead of the Sci Fi! I mean, I would love a good new Vietnam war game or a WW2 game instead of Black Ops 3 and Advanced warfare! And an american revolution game would be GREAT because Assassin's Creed 3 mainly focused on the Story-line.
I would love an american revolution game except you gotta think about some issues that may pop up like in that time guns took like a minute to reload and were REALLY inaccurate =p
***** In my opinion black ops 1 is the best call of duty of all time for many reasons. First off the multiplayer gameplay is stellar and the game has great graphics. I also love the campaign storyline and how it ties in with actually history. I also love the zombie storyline it is absolutely amazing how something fictional can seem so real just how advanced and confusing the storyline is. I love this game.
@@poopsteve5479 cod bo cold war is in no way shape or form about vietnam, it will have one vietnam level as the prologue , and at best maybe one more as a flashback
I think this was the first mission in a cod game that made me go oh shit, war is kinda scary. even after blowing people to literal peices and laughing with my little cousin about it in WaW, but this was where the graphics were just good enough where we thought it was a movie, so it was much more real to me when a soldier was walking around dazed and confuzed, with a hole in the back of his head and half of his brain gone, as he passed by
GamingNation I know and I actually want to ditch the modern day era because I noticed that people get many kills with gadgets and killstreaks rather than using a gun or knife.
I have a feeling Treyarch is going to make a Korean War CoD game then make another one that takes place in the near (or far) future with a rebirth of the Korean War. Sorta how they did with Black Ops with the first involving the Cold War with Russia and the second game being a Cold War with China. If not the Korean War, they might do the Gulf War or World War I. Or hell, they might make a CoD game where the "other side" wins a historical conflict in an alternate universe. For example, a universe where North Korea was successful in taking over the Korean pennisula. Maybe a post-apocalyptic world where there was a nuclear war during the events of the Cold War. The choices are endless.
actually i don't know when people play war like outside its like ww2 or modern days and there aren't many vietnam war games..its like it too secret to talk about in the american society.
63legendary Yes i agree 100% its just that Asian nations devoted to there cause. if the emperor of japan never gave up the Japanese would still be fighting even they just nuked two places.
@@benneron8403 body counts is irrelevant. The only time such figure should be used solely is when you are trying to exterminate the population or when you are committing genocide, both of which which Vietnam War was never meant to be.
Advanced warfare? cod ghosts? black ops 2? WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON WITH ACTIVISION!! I would like they do a game of the vietnam war, world war II, or something like that... REALITY! NOT SCIENCE FICTION
I have been following some stuff about Black Ops 3 and it MIGHT be set in WWll. Definetly not confirmed, but I got a good gut feeling that it will be in WWll.
why? i want buy it ! what's the problem,it's not cool? i remember on ps2 conflict vietnam n it was super cool really good feeling!! if yu can tell me something maybe before than i buy it
The American soldiers don't look like real Vietnam war soldiers. It's supposed to be 1968 and they look like any guy you would see today. They had nerdy glasses and mustaches then. Not shaved heads and 5 o'clock shadow.
TheAaronmcmahon11 Agreed dude. When my grandfather was in Vietnam he had a light stubble mustache. Shaved head on the sides except the top and it was curled back
