Idk what's so hard about shotgun reloads tho, they work just like ordinary guns, load and rechamber on empty reload, dont if there's still a round on the chamber, easy as that, unless i'm missing something.

I really like the weapon choices in this game. The devs could have gone for the most generic shit but instead, they went the extra mile to pick out some obscure modern firearms. Why have the AK 47, M4 and the AK74U when you could have the AK-12, Remington and Vepr. Barret? Nah, that's fucking lame, how about the Lynx, a bullpup 50cal rifle that somehow has more recoil in game than in real life. Infinity Ward needs props for digging deeper into the firearms world. Also the FP6 reload makes me hard
@@M4skedBoi The animations in BOCW get worse and worse, not only that, we get period correct weapons but with fucked up functionalities, or we get straight up bastardized weapons that don't even exist. Treyarch still lives on the futuristic era or something.

Because back than players bashed your game for having shit gameplay, not for how pretty the game/animations looked. This game had big ass maps for a 6vs6 player count and many guns had a 2-3 shot ttk with 700+ RPM. That meant it was a campfest since if you shoot first you win 99% of the time. There was no skill required in the gunfights since CoD guns have no recoil or spread and ttk was so fast you couldnt react al all. Streaks were also the weakest of the series. And who forgets making sliding the common action of FPS shooters, the bugs and the company dogs...
I guess their main rival is Battlefield 4 back then and everyone hated to play it cause it crashes alot. Ghost was a cool game. BF4 is a really fun game which still felt great in today's standards
If you look at the raw gameplay, the gunplay, hit detection, knifing, the satisfying report that makes you feel like you're shooting your enemies with bricks, and the more unorthodox weapon selection, this game is genuinely fun to play, it's the maps, the campaign, the killstreaks, those field things you pick up for killing people, and other factors that really assassinated this game. Stick these base mechanics in a game like Black Ops, BLOPS 2, or any other COD we consider the best and this could have been up there with the best the series has to offer. Also, tiny detail about the revolver flick, according to champion competitive shooter Jerry Miculek, it can also chip off the little tabs that lock the cylinder into position, something you could add to the CC's.

4:24 You can not reload a Panzerfaust like an RPG. You can replace the tube with a fresh one (grib part and scope are one unit), but only the manufacturer can rearm the tube again.
God, that M27 reload just gave me Payday 2 Bootleg flashbacks. Can't help but wonder if Overkill took some inspiration... But in all honesty, these animations are great.
Just a quick correction on 1:24 You wouldn’t chamber a round in the APS since it is an open bolt weapon. But yeah, the player should pull the bolt back anyways and the animation is wrong regardless.
1:38 is one of the few super quick reloads that seems realistic to me. I'm not just talking COD, I'm talking all of gaming. If you were super experienced with that weapon then I could totally see someone doing that.
The MTS-255 will always be my favorite shotgun in all of call of duty of all time, and one of my favorite shotguns in all of FPS games. I still have some love for triple barrel and Quadbarrel but imagine making those shotguns with a revolver cylinder, that would be great.

While there is no sound in space you would still hear inserting the magazine or charging the weapon, the sound just travels through the weapon and your body
Cod ghosts was so innovative When’s the other times we’ve seen a revolving shotgun? The sliding, the leaning, the fastest Core TTK in cod, the streaks were very unique compared to other cods (but unique doesn’t mean better), the perk system was insane, the KEM strike literally changed one of the maps, and every map had their own special streak you could call in that did something, interact-able maps like breaching doorways or shutting stonehavens gate. The guns in the game we’ve barely ever seen again. They even tried making the base game 12v12 (but cut it for some reason but at least the intent was there) Also SO many guns had special integrated abilities like integral suppressors on the Honey Badger, K7, VKS. Or the USR with its aim stability feature when you went on a high streak. The integral slug rounds on the FP6, The Ripper being an actual Hybrid SMG, the Maverick A2 with built in tracker. I could go on and on about this game Not to mention ghosts being the one to start the weed skin trend we’ve seen in IW, MW2019, and CW by bringing in a bundle with a weed skin and snoop dogg announcer pack
I like these reload animation, feels nice. But... you miss 1 gun that can be reloadable on extinction (NOT Multiplayer) which is Venom-X (Appeared on Mayday).
Yes, sound doesn't travel though space, but to give the game the super-mere benefit of the doubt, the guns charging handle racking forward vibrates the suit and it sounds more suppressed and quiet in the suit

3:24 the fp6 has reload the air, it has a bug. I can see the down he's can the ammo in the air, because due to high fov 91+ and 4:15 why the sound dies low bitrate in less than 90kb, and the sound is 30x louder and the sound is not properly in mk32/mgl.
Honestly the only thing I didn’t really like about Ghosts was its campaign, but even if you don’t really pay attention to its story and just play it, it’s pretty fun. I liked the multiplayer and extinction.
4:21 I think that’s supposed to the player winding the spring that lets the MGL actually rotate (or uses a system kind of like the one on a Striker shotgun) Also, you missed one error: On the empty Magnum reload, the hammer is cocked before the cylinder is closed, which is mechanically impossible
Honestly, Ghosts doesn’t deserve the shit it gets. The single player campaign and MP are meh, but they’re not the worst in the series, and Extinction is super fun. Plus the weapon chooses are amazing. And the little things like having the correct amount of shells in hand during the FP6 reload or the mag check when drawing the SC-2010 are just the cherry on top.
Wish some of these guns would come back in other cods as they are modern weapons that aren't from like the 70's and 80's like alot if modern warfare weapons. Like us love to see the k7 or sc-2010 and it's awesome reloads again. Just need more diversity for base game weapons, hell I wouldn't care if some weapons are just slight reskins of others as long as they give a better variety of weapons like mw3 did
I find it funny that the devs cared enough to make the OSA’s MTAR as unique as possible for a fast prologue of all things. For space’s sake, you fire with one hand. You can’t use burst-fire on SMGs in MP. That Muzzle Brake doesn’t exist in MP. Unlike the ARX-160, the space camo doesn’t exist in MP. And oh yeah, they animate the magazine in the reload.
Vepr and Maverick were always my favorite guns because of asthetics alone. Not a huge ass fan of bulpulp but God damn those guns look slick with the Ak look.
Not the game's fault, the guy upped the FOV by a lot so the reloads are more visible. You wouldn't get to see the part of the mag that's funky if it was in regular fov
I dont know why this cod gets so much hate it has many aspect cod havent done before , a set of new weapons and animations , large maps , some destrcution , dual-render scopes
Ghosts was far too ambitious for their time restraints and console limitations. If we didn’t get a new COD every year, and if it was released for consoles with better hardware, I can imagine this game to be the closest to MW 2019. Not really focused on animations exactly, but overall gameplay. Asymmetrical, larger maps with lower TTK.
Pudo haber sido una mierda el multijugador pero en mi opinion tiene de las mejores armas de la saga,innovando completamente sin tanta m4,mp5,mp7,francotiradores casi iguales,bastante bien la verdad.
