@@eXquisiteGaming110actually you got one thing wrong the payload is considered a warzone cutscene meaning it takes place after the Spec Ops story not before
@@anotherHelldiverForcing players to pay for PS Plus/Xbox Live Gold to access Spec Ops and Warzone to know what happens next in a single player mode isn’t realistic either
I'm glad I saw this one on my recomendations, MW2019 was awesome, I really miss that game But now we'll have to see where the story goes with MWIII around the corner
Idk if you ever plan to update this but I think this is the entire storyline of spec ops now that they’ve added those extra missions. Granted some of them don’t have cutscenes but vital dialogue. 1-4-1 formation The payload Armistice Operation Headhunter Operation Kuvalda Operation Just Reward Operation Strongbox Operation Harbinger Operation Brimstone Operation Paladin Operation Crosswind The New Killers The Airport Still Standing Victor Shadow Company The Metro The Nuke
I don't get one thing. He has like a stack of files for probably all of the people he wants on 141. He only shows the main 3, but the other 3 (I count 6 files, please correct me if I'm wrong). I think one of them is Roach, which they will probably debut in MW3 as the playable character. The other 2 I think could be new characters, because I think Sandman and team Metal will be like Griggs, part of the Marines corps, and we will get to see them in MW3 or MW4. I noticed one thing though, in the reboot the story is always the same : 1) US is sent on an illegal, off the books op to secure a weapon (MW1 the chemicals, MW2 the missiles) 2) The op fails and the weapon is in the wild, ending up in the hands of AQ or Russia (MW1 and MW2 the convoy gets ambushed) 3) The protagonist is sent to a foreign country to investigate (MW1 Alex, MW2 Soap) 3.1) The other protagonist is usually with Price following the thread somewhere else 4) They introduce a badass new character who is defending his/her home and teams up (MW1 Farah, MW2 Alejandro) 5) They get betrayed by US (MW1 Farah's units get blacklisted, MW2 Shepherd's Shadow Company imprison and kill the Las Almas occupants) 6) They go rogue and kill the enemy (MW1 Gaz, Price, and Alex team up with Farah to kill Barkov, MW2 Soap, Price, Gaz, Ghost, and LV team up to kill Graves) 7) Story ends with intro to the new enemy (MW1 with Zakhaev and Shepherd, MW2 with Makarov and Shepherd) So, I think they'll introduce Roach as the new 141 operator, and introduce Yuri as the new badass foreign character teaming up with the player. I predict the enemy starts off with Makarov's news of crashing the plane, and him getting on the international wanted list, he probably gets his hands on a Nuke, thus 141 is sent to follow up. They find a clue in Russia, they team up with Nikolai and Yuri, and start fighting against Makarov and Nikto. Mid story, we see Shadow back under command of Shepherd, who is trying to start a war and get his redemption from the mess in MW2 when he went off grid. We will have Graves hunting down 141 (yes, he lived), and he will be the minor villain in the story. Difference is, this time 141 fails, Makarov probably detonates a nuke in US, UK, and/or Urikstan, and through the story, Gaz and Soap die. Then MW4 starts off with a time skip, and we play as the Ghosts, with Ghost leading the team to hunt for Shepherd, Price and Laswell now on the run as Shepherd gets recruited again, and Farah and Alex are getting pressed by the russians. The third branch would be with Sandman and team. The story ends with them killing Shepherd and Makarov, but in the process Alex dies, Yuri dies, Kate dies, and only Price, Ghost, Nikolai and Farah remain.
I feel like the badass main character will be Kyle now after 2 games of being the noob main character I think he’ll get promoted with Roach being the noob main character
Well, now that Season 5 launched, Farah and Alex team up with Shadow Company to get Konni (the Makarov's group) out of Al Mazrah and stopping them to enter Urzikstan We'll see what they got planned, but really cool theory man, love to see more people invested with this rebooted story
I don’t know how I feel about this, the mw19 campaign ended with the tease for zakhaev but he just gets taken out in these little short vids, weird way to undercut your sequel
@@silverwolf115 Kinda sucks how they handled the Warzone part of the story. I wasn't a big fan of Warzone gameplay wise so I never played it without my friends, but I thought the story surrounding it was neat. I was kinda bummed that the moment Season 6 ended they removed all of the intel challenges and then shoehorned in all of the Cold War zombie and nuke stuff which kinda left the end of the Verdansk storyline feeling off.
I'm so confused! I'm going through this game right now before playing part 2 (got it on sale) & I was advised to make sure to do Spec-Ops after the campaign bc it continues the story & I'm almost done but it has had practically no cutscenes/cinematics & lackluster story elements, in fact I've been disappointed, then I see this...What in the world have I missed??
Most of these cutscenes are from the seasons of Warzone, which do not involve any gameplay. They just played at the start of the game when a new season was out. There's really no other way to view them now besides RU-vid.
@@eXquisiteGaming110 Ahh ok. Makes sense & thnx so much for the info! Apparently also Spec-Ops is glitched out & none of the cut scenes are working for me which also explains a lot 🙄. These videos & info helped a lot, thnx again!
Can’t lie modern warfare 2 2022 story went shit. The issue is the original writers left that’s why. If they stayed I wonder what the story would have been like
They have made cutscenes and storyline for spec ops/warzone in MW but nothing same for MW2. I am so regret to buy MW2 and let this lazy company take the money
