We’re taking it easy this time. Take a break. Enjoy this (hopefully) calming espresso workflow with the La Marzocco Linea Mini and my good old trusty Eureka Mignon Silenzio, which is still doing good job but probably won’t be here for too long. I didn’t hit the numbers this time, but also didn’t want to waste this really good coffee for a reshoot. So please, be kind!
I find that with my current temperature setting this particular coffee tastes really nice with the following recipe:
Dose: 18 grams
Brew time: 35 seconds
Brew weight: ~36 grams
Temperature : 91°C
Brew pressure : 9 bar
