After watching the Alexander technique on RU-vid for 30 nights in a row, my neck is so free it's emancipated. Meanwhile my back has become so wide I have to turn sideways to pass through any doorway.
Many years later, the participants of this seminar would look back and be shocked and bewildered by the choices they made leading up to it. Mainly in regards to jumpers.
I was going to make a grilled cheese sandwich and I said "NO" first let me free my neck so i can look on the bottom shelf of the fridge for some ketchup.
I like how you made it sound brighter, more of the high frequencies. Right where his “s” and “t” sounds are, really exaggerating them. And it makes the original sound so muffled, so muddy.
Thank you MagnumDB. Yes, I too thought the original was muddy sounding. I put the audio through an EQ and pulled out a few undesirable frequencies and boosted others. You always lose something when you do this (just the nature of it) and I'm not using super sophisticated audio editing software, so I sort of had mixed feelings. I appreciate the feedback. Glad to hear the praises. 🙏🏼
Oh heck yeah thank you so much!! Subscribed for sure... I was basically seeking and then reversing to have his guidance parts replay and always thought how awesome it would be if THIS video was online. lol So 🥂 cheers and thanks again!! 👍
If you search for Saul Shaye you will find several videos of him telling the same stories that he tells on this show. But no demos that I've seen unfortunately. It's a rare gem.
Not really, it's meant to train your brain to not keep your muscles so tight subconsciously, less of a scam and more of a if it suits you kind of thing lol
It is a training for the Alexander Technique which teaches improved posture and movement-believed to help reduce and prevent problems caused by unhelpful habits. During a number of lessons you're taught to be more aware of your body, how to improve poor posture and move more efficiently.
