This is being very helpful. I feel calmer, the tension in my stomach is reduced and, in addition I am sleeping much better. As an insomniac that is a huge benefit. Thank you.

@@TheCalmHappyGut Really enjoyed this one, just the right length and will use it often. Would you be able to do a longer one about nausea as I suffer badly when I'm anxious and my ibs plays up. Thank you.

@TheCalmHappyGut Feedback:: 1. Meditation must have to have soothing music . Otherwise it is boring and nobody will stick to it. 2. Meditation music must be positive (+) and happy music. Not like funereal music 😀 3. Voice. Your voice is perfect for Meditation 4. Body scan must start from Head/scalp 5. Must be ending properly. Let me know please 🙏 how you evaluate my feedback on your work

What do you think about stomach vacuüm exercise? If you continue to practice, your bloating belly will disappear in the long term. I started practicing it every other day or daily, I'm really curious to know what you think about that

Hi Samantha, I'm not familiar with stomach vacuüm exercises as a practice so it's not something I can answer directly. As a general rule I advise to keep doing what you find helpful and supportive, and to change or remove what is not helpful/supportive. So if stomach vacuüm exercises work for you and they help, then that's great!

Would this video (and your other videos) work for Functional Dyspepsia? Or only for IBS?

A great question, thank you for asking this. In my opinion yes, absolutely. Functional Dyspepsia is also a DGBI (Dysfunction of the Gut Brain Interaction) and gut directed hypnotherapy has been shown to improve symptoms in DGBI's outside of IBS. So based on what we know about functional disorders affecting the Gut-Brain Interaction, mind-gut therapies can be a really helpful tool for you. In fact IBS and FD are the two most common DGBIs. I hope this helps? Please let me know if you have any specific symptoms which the current hypnosis sessions don't address - I'm creating many more sessions based on feedback and requests (which help benefit many more listeners and subscribers).

@@BurnerZeroThree I'm so glad that my videos are helping you find relief! And thank for sharing what you are experiencing. I have a few sessions I'm creating around fear of food/mealtimes and food sensitivies. And from your comments, I think another session can be focused on being able to settle the gut after eating/feeling calm and relaxed after a meal - I can imagine at the moment there is significant anxiety/worry each time you eat with those ''what if'' thoughts, and wondering how bad the symptoms will be. This isn't uncommon, and that very anxiety can of course trigger an increase in symptoms - setting off the vicious cycle.

Talking about stresses and how you can feel it with tightness and that causes digestion stop does NOT help me relax. In fact it only makes me focus on tightening up more. Seems counterintuitive to even speak about tightness in a hypnosis.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. I understand that everyone responds differently to relaxation techniques, and my intention is to create a positive experience for my viewers. For many people becoming more aware of the tightness and tension they feel in their body helps them to release it in hypnosis. For you, this creates the opposite. It sounds as though this session is not connecting with you, so I would encourage you to listen to other hypnosis sessions on my channel to see whether you connect with them differently.
