www.vladtv.com - Calvin "Klein" Bacote spoke of his previous interviews with Kay Slay and Power 99 in Philly, where he accused Jay Z of stealing his life stories and putting them in his rhymes as if he'd lived that life.
Since then, Bacote has expressed regret in doing the interviews, admitting he did it partially because interviewers continuously ignored then manager Akon's role in his career, instead citing Jay as the reason his name was relevant.
Bacote also claims he wanted to speak with Jay on several occasions to clear up any issues and ease the tension, but Jay and his handlers ducked him. He actually has been on the phone with Hov a few times, but they never had the thorough conversation he'd like to have.
When it comes to Jay Z "doing the right thing" in terms of paying back Klein for doing a bid on his behalf, that day never came. However, Bacote understands that Jay has a reputation to protect, and he did take their mutual friend Ty Ty out of the hood, which says a lot.
