No paper work is needed. All you have to do for the police is point them in the right direction. They can gather the evidence on their own. I hate when people say prove I'm a snitch and tell you to look up their case. The reality is, all you to do is look at the person's sentence. If the charges and the sentence do not add up, you are a snitch.

Yo I'm from the Chi but I got fam in Red Hook and Fort Green, BK. My grandpops and uncles left the South during the great migration and most of them settled in the Chi, NYC and Detroit. Cooperating with law enforcement is Co-Operating. 99% of the time it means you have to be a Ci (confidential informant). or in other words - RAT. Now cooperation can also be against your own self. When you cooperate against yourself, u normally get the maximum time...which he didnt. And the fact that he doesn't specify how he cooperated leads me to believe he was rattin.
