Thousands of songs and he can remember every lick and change like he only played one song in his life. This is why he is the absolute BEST DRUMMER in GOSPEL right now!!
@@joshedwardsOTR too loud, bad eq choice and mics could be back, but they are fine like that, they are 2 plus inches of the drum pointerd towards center.. , but that wasn't the biggest issue.
I couldn't tell why I saw people complaining about the toms at first but the second I put my headphones on I understood. Those things need some tuning. Still Tue man killed it.
I love his workshop overall. I learned at lot however the toms sound a little to high to me. It might of been how they had them mic'd because it seem like they turned them down they seem like they were tuned right but Idk. Overall great workshop I loved it.
Either the mix is off in the mics or the heads are not tuned right. The snare and hi hat sound good, but the Toms, bass, and the cymbals, sound really bad. His drumming is still Top Five on the planet though despite that.
David Rodgers Finally... A true sound 🔊 engineer that can hear 👂 that there's a sonic problem. Just left a full comment on the distortion coming from a set of guitar 🎸 amps not muted. I'm truly debating A.) did the engineers for the performance understand what they were doing. B.) Was this comical relief :0) for the gospel performance dude (CR). C. Just a complete screw up from not paying attention & monitoring signals from the desk. Totally unacceptable 😡
LOL i thought the same. they mustve let one the students tune them. doesnt look like his personal kit. That small ozone cant be his doing lol I follow calvin, he used the 18 0r 20 back when he was with SABIAN
