I'm surprised! you're the first travel RU-vidr I've come across who actually goes to the nooks and crannies of Cambodian food/street food and not just try the generic "tourist Khmer food" like Amok, Beef lok lak and such and call it a review. Great pronunciation on each of the food names as well!!!! Keep up the great work!!!
Hi luke 👋 seriously, youre killling me 😢so home sick from united states. FYI cambodian foods, deserts and snacks have its own unique flavore base on the regines/locations or provinces you're at, also bcoz people are travel/ relocated so each mix and combine it to their favorite taste just like food in united states domt taste anything like back in their home countries. Thank you for putting our belove country on your vlog and I'm so jealous 😭
Every time I see food wrapped in leaves, I think it’s so delicious! This is my first time to see blue crabs, and also my first time to see duck cakes. They both are special! Thank you very much for sharing Cambodian food, it opened my eyes! 👍🤩🙏
Mudcrab is huge in Australia. Always wanted to try it. Prawns looked amazing though I think they would have been better in sauce used for the calamari. Now I need to search out Cambodian peppercorns in Toronto. Thanks for the time take to film, edit and post for us.
Oh Luke ,if you didn’t like your foods sweet ,you just let them know ahead to cut down some sugars. Normally Khmer food isn’t sweet, but they try to cater to tourist in a different flavor from Khmer authentic to foreigners flavor. You know why I like Cambodian foods and dessert because they bake fresh daily and all the supplies are local grown, nothing artificial. Very healthy eating
Making me miss the seafood. You need to go to Kep when it’s not pouring. Sit on the beach and let the vendors come with fresh seafood, cook it in front of you. Super fresh, sweet and the best. You are missing some grill seafood with black pepper sauce or the spicy fish sauce. Still missing some provinces - need to get some grill stuff frog with Krueng etc, you are barely scratching the surface.
Luke. Great video. I am so interested to see more in the country side and seeing you eat like prahok katiss, prahok ang etc. Oh and good job in saying Thyda name right. You definitely do read the comment Luke. I look forward to seeing more videos. Let’s go Luke.😊
I'm a huge fan of seafoods too, especially crab it's one of my favourite as well as cupcakes but it's exotic one because they used duck eggs instead of the normal chicken eggs when baking some pastries, it's very interesting and so delicious, I'm craving watching your videos. 👍😋❤️🦀🍮

Man, that seafood looks so good! They can’t import fresh Kampot peppercorns to the US. I have the black ones bought from Amazon but I bet the fresh green ones are amazing.
