CAMERA - How to install VW REAR VIEW CAMERA KIT PASSAT Variant TIGUAN TOURAN GOLF RNS315/510 PDC

How to install :
Check if your trunk handle has trunk opener switch. And if the screw position and size are the same.
Take out your trunk handle.
Install the trunk handle camera with PDC
Connect the RED wire with BAT 12V+.
Connect the Black wire with GND
Connect the Blue wire with reverse lamps +
Connect the RGB plug (26pin) with your car headunit.
Activate the RVC function of your headunit.
You will see the images when your car is in reverse shift.

Świetny manual, bardzo się przydał... Najwięcej problemu sprawiło mi przeciagniecie przewodu przez gumową harmonijke, niestety musiałem odciąć od wiązki wtyczkę poprowadzić kabel od kamery i wtedy wiązka... Dziękuję za dobry manual.

Hi, thanks for the video, very nice. I just wanted to ask you something, is it essential to enable the camera from the software? or it works without problems even if I don't use it. I ask to understand if it is possible to save something. Honestly, other than the camera, I don't know if I'll need the software in the future other than installing the camera. Thank you

camera wire the pioneer system reverse cable to the connects2 steering wheel purple/white cable and when you but the car on reverse the screen switches to reverse camera automatically

im currently installing my camera inside the car - got the wire routed from the camera up to the top of the boot window - did you route the cable through the roof or down to the floor to get to the radio ?

Hello, trought the roof. You must remove airbag sign from the plastic on the side of window and then you must tu unscrew screw and pull plastic

Hello! Please help me, because nobody can. I have a vw touran from 2017. i have installed a rear camera, it works fine on tv while i put the dsg into reverse so the cameraand the installation is good. But i cant activate it in vcds. In park/steering assist module i have already picked the rear camera installed option, but when i go into information electric module, in byte 19 i only see rvc rear low camera. if i tick it nothing changes. i dont have navigation, so that module is not option. Can you tell me how can i activate, code, or adapt it? Thanks a lot, and sorry for my poor english.

I solved it, only thing that i had to do is resetting the head unit so it works now. But.... I can see nothing, so only black screen u know. it says save to move and so on but i cant see the image of the camera. Tested on tv there works fine so the camera and the wires are okay....can u help me? i cant found answer why..Thanks!

Just wanted to ask you what color do i connect reverse light power and what color the ground wire on vw harness? Don't have the same camera and mine has only power and ground wire but I can't find what is reverse and what ground wire on my vw cause I'm not very good in those things and have no tool.

I didn't install yet. but my car is the same as yours so it must be the same harness as you have. So where would you connect power and grown wire from the camera to the harness? I will probably go to the profesional to do it for me but if you know where to connect than i might try it myself :)

I have red and black wire from the camera that I have to connect to power and ground so what harness wires do I pair them with so the camera turns on only when i'm backing up . Or should I pair them somewhere else?
