I love White Water State Park and I love Tacos. great video man. My favorite day hike is at Interstate State Park. For food prep i really like the Benchmade Nestucca.

Get some fresh cilantro on there right before you serve it, and put some seasoning (chili powder, jalapeño, etc) on the meat while you brown it and you’ll be set.

Sorry Larry... way too expensive for me... For Camping, I'll stick with my German Wustof Knife set and roll . Less than half the cost.
