Simple option is switch to flogas from calor. Campingaz 907 are approaching £40 a refill (costing more for less gas)

After being thrown under the bus by Calor, at least this Video was at least informative, what was it Calor said, changes were to “improve the customer experience” talk about rubbing our noses in it.

Use a 6kg Propane Cylinder and that would have been one of my requirements when I purchase a van from you. I use a 6kg bottle for Camping. Propane burns hotter than butane also. Camping gaz is Extortionate especially on some sites

A bit misleading since it’s only 3.9kg no longer available, you can still get 6kg. Butane is pretty poor for cold temperatures.

No need to change the bottle keep the obsolete bottle and transfer the gas from new bottle to old one using a transfer adapter pipe job done

907s are propane , but they can allwayd change from calor to flogas who still do small propane bottles

No there not 907's are a mix of 80% butane and 20% propane.

The heading is misleading (No more propane?) that's nonsense, you still get 2.7kg (907 bottles)

Can't use butane in the winter. It will freeze.

I thought it was only Calor not doing the 3.9kg propane anymore. I switched to Flogas, who told me they had no supply issues, although the container is about 1.5cm taller than the previous Calor one?

Campingaz is very expensive. Why not fit bigger gas lockers so people can access the larger propane or butane cylinders?

I use my van year round and the gas (907 cylinder) has only frozen once in 9 years. But my heating is diesel, and I have a induction hob so can be warm and cook without gas if needs be. A 907 cylinder lasts me a full season of camping.
